To start, there were cameras inside the villa, and it was clear someone was monitoring them 24/7. That alone destroyed any sense of privacy. On top of that, the management team actually entered the villa during our stay without permission, which felt like a huge violation. When it came to checkout, they withheld our $3,500 security deposit over reasons that were completely unreasonable. They claimed there was "trash" left behind, fabricated music complaints, and even made false accusations of damages -- yet they have refused to provide any proof, invoices, or documentation to support these charges. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory in how they treat their guests. Stay away from Villa Banyan and this management company -- it is not worth the risk.

The package arrived June 2019 but there was no body home. My brother (who is the addressee) found the delivery people in town and they refused to give him the package even when he had proper ID and everything. Delivery people stated they were coming back the next day. It is now 9/7/2019 and the delivery has never been attempted again. I have called VaCuba multiple times and they are unable to give me an answer as to were my package is or when they will attempt delivery again. We were in a one bed (king bed)/one bath with a full kitchen that included everything, as you'll see in the pics. We had a very nice view that we enjoyed while eating breakfast. The unit was quite large . The living room had a pull out couch (think trundle bed) that was a quick open/close. We enjoyed that for us to cuddle on the couch to watch TV. The complex has a pool and a gym onsite. You'll find coffee available from 8a - 5p everyday in the lounge on the 7th floor. The staff at Miami Vacations and at The Towers were very friendly and willing to assist. I would totally stay here again! The pics were taken as we were checking out, so that's our stuff you see.

The apartment i was given,was nothing like the pictures, Concrete floor, secondhand mismatched furniture bare walls, old everything. I thought it was beause i had 2 dogs which i was charged a $400 non refundable fee, so i accepted the ugliness. There are no cleaning implements except a broom, so i asked to borrow a vacuum, which was denied, but i was welcomed to pay a substantial fee for cleaning each week. At the end, they took over $300 from my deposit for extra cleaning fees necessary to clean after my very clean dogs. So, including the $400 deposit I was charged over $700 for my 2 small dogs for one month, When I asked multiple times for a detailed list of the charges, guess what? No reply. These people are dishonest and unethical- stay elsewhere.
