If you're thinking about using these people to list your property I'd look elsewhere given how completely unresponsive and unprofessional they've been towards me. Read your lease CAREFULLY because when you move out, they will try to scam you out of every last dollar from your deposit. In our lease (in very fine print) it said the tenant was responsible for changing the water filter in the refrigerator. They took $480 from our deposit for not changing the water filter. They also told us our AC unit air filter was dirty, and that caused damages to the unit (there was no damage). They charged us $310 for repairing the AC unit that wasn't broken and changing the filter. They charged us a $320 cleaning fee, which I'm not actually saying is totally unfair because we did leave the apartment disorganized. Just writing this in case you're a tenant and you were unaware they can do that. They also tried to charge us for stuff that was already broken when we moved into the apartment. Luckily, I had made note of all the broken items and I sent it to them when we moved in. They removed those charges. Last but not least, they sent the invoice of these charges by mail to the apartment we just moved out of. Needless to say, we never got that invoice because we don't live there anymore. If we didn't ask for it, they were going to just keep our full deposit. If you're a tenant, just be super careful and make sure you change all the filters and clean the apartment before moving out. Read your lease carefully because believe me, they are very very well aware of every single possible way they can legally scam the tenant. You'll have to fight them for every last dollar of your deposit, but it's worth it. Don't let them scam you like they did me.

Impressively unprofessional and rude, both Fernando Escudero and Yovani Garcia live in the building and the second is even board of members, which clearly shows an unacceptable compliance issue. Apart from all said, with this behavior and having copies of pretty much all the units I don't feel safe here anymore with these two around.
