I stayed on the 45th floor at the Miami Vacation Rentals - Brickell Miami, Florida, and the place was amazing. The view was amazing throughout the place. There were two balconies with great views to take pictures and selfies. The rooms were big, and clean and mirrors throughout. The hot tub in the master bedroom was amazing, and the water was hot like I like it. The bed was comfortable, and the TV's had Netflix, hulu, etc you can watch as well as cable. The unit had a kitchen, and a washer and dryer. It was very quiet and spacious. The one thing I wish was better was parking. They did have Valet parking, but no in and out's, and it takes a while to get your car, so I decided to do parking in the lot that was a 3 min walk away. It wasn't too bad, being that you can walk and sightsee around the area. I did love how there are food places all around to choose from. Parking wasn't the greatest, so it is probably best to walk or Uber. Shopping centers were close, and things to do was close as well. It was a lot of construction going on so beware of the late traffic going on. I will definitely stay here again. I didn't check out the Spa, but the pool area was nice with a great view and very relaxing. read more

Do not rent from Natalia Ros or Miami Vacation Rentals. Photo misrepresented the reality of the space. Maybe the unit looked that pristine once, but it certainly does not now. They own tons of these properties and it isn't clear that it's Miami Vacation Rentals until they send a contract and you've already paid, so if you see Natalia or Silvia as a host in Miami, run. The toilet seat revealed dried urine. That says the space had not been cleaned. There's rust from neglect everywhere, bathroom floors, metal mirror, bathroom countertops, on top of the tub. Tiles are literally missing near the laundry. The WORST paintjob we've ever seen, like a bad DIY, revealing chipping and peeling paint and erosion due to humidity that never got fixed, all in the doorways and hallways. The toilets only flush 1/3 of the time and the 2nd toilet didn't flush at all when we arrived. Maintenance came and resolved the issue for just one of them; the other is insanely weak and they think they can fix it by putting up a placard warning you not to put random objects on it. Meanwhile it won't flush a single square of toilet paper. The kicker? It's in such disrepair the smoke detector is faulty and went off, while we were asleep, in the middle of the night, triggering alarms on the entire floor of the W residences. W Security had to inspect the unit, saw no smoke or fire, and had to disable the detector because it was unresponsive to even. changing the batteries. And they, in corporate speak, denied the whole thing. Everytime we pointed something out they would act like it's our job to show evidence instead of just sending someone over to handle it. Or act like we're lying because we didn't spot all this the second we arrived. They even insisted nothing was wrong with the detector despite W security being adamant about the need to replace it. They're slumlords infesting luxury buildings and not taking care of their units. Their spaces look like someone poor won the lottery, bought a condo at the W, and never learned how to take care of it or ran out of money so it fell into disrepair. Ghetto. They'll use all the corporate language to do the bare minimum and then expect respect in the face of disrespect. We informed them we would be handling this with a review since they were handling this so poorly and we no longer trusted them to come into our unit while we were out. And get this - when we left the negative review on Airbnb, their response was that we made the whole thing up to get a refund. A refund which we never actually asked for. Lol. We merely asked for them to make our dreadful experience right and rectify the situation. Natalie Ros and Miami Vacation Rentals are shady, should not be in business, and we have already shared our experiences with a network of companies to ensure they never sign contracts or rent accommodations from this company. read more

I made a mistake with my reservation dates and tried to modify, AND offered to pay the difference but their property manager refused. I tried to reason with them and said I still want to stay there, I'm offering more money for the adjusted dates, but they are not willing at all to help. I said it's very unreasonable to be expected to lose the full amount and they just laughed at me on the phone. Absolute crooks, and greedy property manager. DO NOT BOOK HERE. read more

I booked a room with MVR in Miami on 12/27/2024. When my airplane arrived on 1/26/2025, I was greeted with an email from MVR that stated there would be no amenities on the property during my stay. They knew there would be no amenities in advance and didn't tell me. That's lying! When I texted them about their lack of customer service, they stopped texting me back. They were unable to find another place with amenities for Monday or Tuesday. They stated that I could use the Epic Hotel's amenities on Wednesday. When I went to the Epic Hotel on Wednesday, they had no reservation from MVR. On Thursday, the day of my departure, there were still no amenities in my property. I felt scammed. Don't be fooled by them. Please go somewhere else! This was my fourth time renting from MVR. I will never use their services again. read more

Please read our honest review and, to put it simply, do not stay here or at any other Miami Vacation Rentals units. We arrived to a horribly unclean apartment that violates Airbnb's Covid policy, as well as the hosts' own promises of cleanliness. After just two hours of walking around, the apartment floor left the bottoms of our brand new socks black. The table tops were obviously not wiped down and full of crumbs, there was mold and mildew in the shower, black marks all over the floor, human excrement spots around the toilet, sticky door handles, unknown substances on the light switches, dust compacted in the door hinges, dirty air vents, unknown substances on the kitchen sink handle, and the chandelier above the bed had obviously never been dusted, with long hair dangling from it. They didn't even put a fitted sheet on the bed. (We have photos of *all* of this.) We reached out to the hosts explaining the situation - Natalia/Silvia - and they told us we needed to wait until the next day for them to come back and clean it. We obviously could not wait that long, this was dangerous to our health and no vacationer should have to stay in a place like this - so we asked them to bring cleaning supplies so we could clean the place *ourselves* despite having to pay outrageous "cleaning fees." Someone brought us up 3 cleaning products and we spent the remainder of the night - on our own vacation - cleaning the apartment. At that point, we didn't trust their ability to clean the unit the next day, given the complete failure the first time around, so requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights but kindly offered to *still* pay for the first night. Silvia agreed and told us we would receive a *full* refund for the remaining nights *despite* any Airbnb cancellation policies. On her instruction, we cancelled the remainder of the trip and agreed to meet with the head of housekeeping and site manager to show them the condition of the apartment (as well as the photographs we took, because at that point, it was much cleaner due to all our labor.) We met with them and both of them agreed it was unacceptable and they personally said themselves that we should also receive a full refund. So, as per all the agreements, we left and were expecting to be made whole again for the remainder of our unused trip. *Only then* Natalia/Silvia went back on their word and stated they would not refund us the whole amount. I won't waste time going into small details, but after a long message exchange, she still refused and kept saying that she won't be refunding us the portion that Airbnb keeps. Which is completely unjust and obviously not what we originally agreed to, especially since they told us to disregard any Airbnb cancellation policies. Most importantly though, they are the business who failed by not following cleanliness policies, not delivering on their promises, and giving false expectations - so why should we be the ones to have to foot their commission fees with Airbnb? (Especially when they told us not to worry about that?) Silvia never responded to our request. We hadn't even written this review yet and we were waiting on them to just do the right thing and correct the situation, like they had promised. That never happened. They just never wrote back. Miami Vacation Rentals did not do their jobs; the unit was filthy and unacceptable, so we had no choice but to physically remove ourselves from the apartment. This was not a last-minute change of heart or randomly canceling a trip - this was because *they* failed. And we should absolutely not be financially damaged for that. Our whole vacation was ruined by this ordeal and we just want to be rightfully made whole again. We are *still* waiting for our correct refund. They are taking advantage of us, but we will not stop until we find justice in this matter. As for you, a vacationer wondering where to spend your hard-earned money, we recommend that you stay far away from Miami Vacation Rentals. read more

Inhospitable, unhealthy, fraudulent and shady. Was informed to text host of 30 minutes prior to arrival. Lobby was jammed with people and chaotic. The check in person wandered around the lobby for another 30 minutes after we arrived. We could see her. It was odd. Our photo was taken for an ID even though we submitted them days earlier and again that day. MVR is extremely disorganized. We arrived to a housekeeper that was still cleaning after 3pm. There was an angry exchange in Spanish with the check-in person that we did not understand. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke. We asked the host what the stench was and she replied, "Scent." English wasn't her first language. Noses stinging, we texted her about an hour later and asked what could be done. We did not receive a reply. We had to sleep with the sliders open to get rid of the smell. Downtown Miami is noisy at night! Unit 4801 was in poor condition. There were burn stains on the bathroom sink and kitchen stove. Towels were worn and stained. Toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. The shades and blinds were tattered and worn. Chandelier was missing pieces. None of the rugs in the listing photo were in the unit. Getting into the shower was an extreme sport because the side of tub was dangerously high. Shower head is smack in your face when you turn the water on. The glass prevents you from getting out of the way. Close your eyes! After getting very little sleep, we could not stand another night there. We graciously asked for a refund for the remaining nights we booked. "Gabrielle" replied that she would see what they could do. What do you think happened? Nothing, of course. Terrible. Stay away. read more

We found Miami Vacation Rentals via a VRBO listing. They had some properties within the Hotel Arya, which seemed unusual, but they were offering a slightly better rate so we gave it a shot. Big mistake. We get a call a few hours later stating we needed to meet them to pay them. Since this was non-disclosed and we booked through VRBO, it was super sketchy. They offered some vague reason as to why and we called and verified with VRBO. Very off-putting, and the person was put out trying to coordinate a time to meet. They also decided part way through our stay that they wanted maintenance to come back to do some work and were upset when we told them we didn't want them accessing our room while we were out. The room was filthy, the floors hadn't been cleaned in a long while, there was damage to most of the walls, there was a large hole in one of the tiles. We found food under the dresser, because, you know, they hadn't clean the floors. The provided glassware and flatware looked used and like it had been wiped off instead of washed. Basically every amenity in their listing was misrepresented. The laundry had no soap as stated in the listing (we left the bag we purchased behind for the next guest). The dryer was full of sand. The super-fast internet was nonexistent and wasn't even free. When connecting, it wants you to download an app that ties back to one of your paid accounts, or allows you to pay for it. The ironing board was non-functional because one of the legs had been sawed through. The advertised balcony (which they have since removed) is tiny. Barely large enough for a single chair. The door does not lock or seal, so when other guests smoke on their balconies, your room fills with the smell of smoke. The best part was when their cleaning crew pounded on our door demanding that we leave and should have checked out already. We argued for 10 minutes while they continually told us to leave, at which point they realized they had the wrong room. No apology offered. About an hour later, the person we met a few days earlier to pay the additional room charges, knocks on our door asking for payment. Also argued with us that we should be someone else, and then realized she also had the wrong room. They have signs all over the suite stating they are a small business and value good reviews. We sent a summary of our issues and received a response that basically told us we were wrong about everything and to shove it. And the final, nice touch was making you take a picture of you handing the hotel staff the parking pass otherwise you face a $100 replacement fee. The hotel staff was offended, and it was clear they find this fly by night operation to be a joke. Do yourself a favor, and avoid Miami Vacation Rentals like the plague. read more
