We used Vacazon to stay at the Grand Estate In Fort Lauderdale in June for a small family get-away. I was also getting eloped during this weekend since our wedding was canceled by COVID-19. What an absolute nightmare. Beware the beautiful photos on the website look absolutely nothing like what you are given. The lawn was not manicured, the landscape was dirty, the pool was unable to be used as it was bright green, there were dead flies on the windowsills, empty cans/bottles on the property, a dirty used condom by the pool.... I could go on. I asked to have a late check-out free of cost due to this, which I was granted. However, I should have received the whole payment back as it was complete false advertisement. I booked a house for my bachelor party in Fort Lauderdale 4 months prior to the date. The SUNDAY before the trip she informed us the homeowner "double booked" the house. She said he thought we were coming in May, which is completely false because the house is available for those dates in May. She then told us she found this out on Friday... but instead of letting us know then, she waited until Sunday. To correct her mistake she sent us links to more expensive houses and didn't offer a discount. You think most people would apologize and do all they could to correct the issue, but we didn't receive that here. The only positive thing she did was refund us our money. It was a terrible experience and from the start it wasn't a friendly one. I leave for the trip Thursday and have been using my time at work to find a house for 13 guys. read more

We booked late in the summer for a house on the inter coastal....due to some damage the hurricane caused, she was able to seamlessly move us to another house. The new house was 10x better than advertised. Everything was working great, it was seamless to get in and out. The house was stocked with all the things you need like towels, bath soap etc... not to mention a full amenity of kitchen supplies. Be aware. Horrible experience with Nathalie. We came to a house that was FILTHY. The sheets were stained and dirty. The floors were filthy. The house was BROKEN and for 3 days straight we had to run around after the owner to send someone to fix things around the house because Nathalie was not answering . The owner gave us an attitude and was also unresponsive. We found DRUGS condoms and rats in the house. We paid a $500 cleaning fee and when we requested Nathalie to help us she denied and basically said I can't do anything. HOW DO YOU OFFEE LUXURY RENTALS WITH SUCH SERVICE. Simply the worst! Rented their place, Sunset Villa in Jerusalem and it was a dump. Filthy and falling apart. The management was disorganized and didnt always answer the phone. We wore shoes the entire time and had to buy paper goods to eat off of and cleaned the bathrooms ourselves before using. First night couldn't even sleep there was so gross. Pretty terrible service. I reached out to her (Nathalie Cohen) several times to inquire about a property to rent. There was no response for nearly a day, and when she did respond she simply said she "might be by her computer later to let me know." Another 24 hours later and still no response. Over 2 days to respond just to let me know about some details and if the property is available seems pretty average. 8 of my former high school friends and I held a reunion down in Miami. After our original rental fell through, I reached out to Nathalie to inquire about a last-minute place for us to stay. She put me in contact with the owner of a property up in Miami Shores, and we were able to go see it right after we landed at MIA airport. His place was great, he showed us the property, and a few moments later we took the place. Most of our communications were directly with him (and he was very attentive - texting to see how everything was, if we needed anything, etc.). Our deposit was hefty - $2500 - but it was credited back by the VacaZon folks the same day we left the property. I'd definitely rent through them again. read more

I always received a response and though I cancelled on her, that didn't stop her from getting me into a different rental that worked perfectly for my family. The only down side was not being able to get a hold of her after hours. The house we were staying at had finicky locks and we wound up getting locked out. I couldn't reach Nathalie nor the owner via phone and I thought that would be the perfect addition to her brand to ensure every client had a safe and fun time. If I could give less stars I would. We rented a home in Fort Lauderdale and not only was it nothing like the photos - it was FILTHY and the house was completely run down. There was even dirty dishes in the dish washer and old coffee in the coffee maker. Dust everywhere. It was very disappointing to say the least and Nathalie was obstinate and rude when we voiced our complaints. We ended up leaving the rental early because we were so uncomfortable. Saw that these guys haven't been reviewed in over a year. We just rented a home in South Beach, Miami. Nathalie has a ton of options in Miami from ultra high end to more affordable. We were able to find a good spot right in the thick of things for a reasonable price. Everything was as advertised and we did not have any problems with the security deposit whatsoever. VACAZON rented us a home for our group, and presented it as a "luxury home". Upon arrival of our group, the air conditioning did not work, the electricity did not work, and the house was in MUCH need of repair. We had 10 people and it was too late to look anywhere else. It took them 2 whole days to at least get the air conditioners working, and our group - was presented with either a "suffer through it" OR "lose your deposit + the two days of stay and find somewhere else to go asap". Worst Customer service! So our group was 'forced' to stay, because they were too many to accomodate elsewhere (so late in the game), and despite all the accommodations we made - at the end of our stay, even after a walk through, the company told us they were staying with our deposit of $1000. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a rental company, and really feel that they misrepresent themselves, their product, and overall they are scam artists. DO NOT USE this company, or you will really regret it. read more

First of all, the property was NOT rent ready and not supposed to be rented the way it was found at the check-in on Friday. More than that, it was specifically agreed for early check-in so we could have additional time for our short vacation. We took day off on Friday in order to be able to do so. After all inconvenience and attempts to call you to resolve the issue or at least to get some answers of what is going on, we were able to finally check-in at 6PM ONLY, NOT 11AM as agreed!!! Cleaning lady (who was able to come to the house after 2 hours only by the owner's request) was trying to make it presentable at least. She was working for almost 4-5 hours to make it bearable. We even have to tip her so she would clean more than she planned to!! The maintenance guy, who stopped by to install smoke detectors (by the way this should be done before any guest arrives) helped to put stuff that was lying around at the main living area (some beach chairs / some boards by the spiral stairs that was there to fix it / some of the stairs were even loose and not safe to use (anyone could be easily hurt if in use) and so on and so on.... The property was found dirty and totally unacceptable for guests to stay!!! All floors were dirty (not even close to acceptable condition / hair, food pieces etc); unpleasant odor of the house; dirty kitchen (countertops / appliances / trashcan with garbage; coffee maker full of old coffee; dirty/stinky dishes in dishwasher; none of the bathrooms had towels ready for guests; all outdoor area full of leaves (front and back); pool not cleaned and unacceptable to use; driveway and garage full of cars and trailer!!! Some pictures has been attached which does not do full justice of how this property looked when we stepped in. We have rented many properties for many years so far to have a great experience/ stress free time and NONE even one had so many issues whatsoever! We stayed at much more upscale houses at even lower cost without having any headache and additional effort trying to fix the problems! This house SHOULD not be rented the way it was found!!! Do you honestly think this would be OK for you to have such an experience and pay $1,000 per night for all this disaster!! This is totally unacceptable and should be handled at professional way by returning some portion of the total amount paid for the rent. This is an edit of a previous review I wrote regarding VacaZon. Apparently, not all of their representatives are as bad as the original rep I dealt with. After telling VacaZon I would be taking my business else where, my account was transferred to another rep, who was very helpful and timely with her emails. She was able to secure two properties in 2 days, where I had 0 after dealing with the other rep after 6 weeks. I wish all of the reps were strong as the second I dealt with, but nevertheless, I was very pleased with the second effort. read more

Nathalie was a great help from start to finish. Though a bit scary to rent something just from seeing it online and hoping it's all legit, everything went smoothly from getting answers to all of our questions and requests prior to the contract signing to our arrival. Once at the property, we had a few things that needed to be done and they were taken care of right away and we were good to go. In the future, we would definitely work with VacaZon and Nathalie again. We learned several things about long-term rentals from her which will be helpful for next time.
