My son's been obsessed with MUNI buses and trains lately so I told her that either one would work. We communicated back and forth through email and Shirley was very prompt in responding. Note that I inquired around the same month of the event date, so somewhat late to the game in planning (I have a feeling some people plan two months in advanced because custom cookies and cakes usually are booked way out in advanced) but it still worked out for me! On the morning of, I picked up the cake and it looked amazing! Shirley's cake tasted great! She let me know that the MUNI bus topper was edible except the label. We chose to have a vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream filling and it tasted amazing! I forgot to take photos of the cross section but this cake was pretty darn yummy. The only feedback I have is that her typed responses can be more formal, with punctuation and less use of acronyms... which will help seem more professional and clear! However I understand that it's her way of expressing herself and it's been working for her... so to each their own, it just irked me as someone who teaches writing!
