The repairman for my Bosch dishwasher was on the phone the entire visit with another tech telling him what to do. He diagnosed replacement of the electronic panel and pump without even taking it out of the cabinet, then spent a few minutes to get it back in. I told the company when I first called I needed expedited service as I was going out of town for an extended period. The estimate was for over $800 but they said I have to take it out and reinstall the dishwasher myself, I am a 73 year old woman living alone and it is ridiculous to spend that amount of money for a job and have to hire another tech to finish it! Also, since I am out of town, they will not apply the service call to the repairs as too much time will have passed. The owner said he would call to resolve but a week has passed with no notice. Completely dishonest, unorganized horrible company. Repair person came out , didn't accurately assess the problem. Then said I needed a new part. Waited weeks to get new part. Then day of appointment tech was unreachable and didn't show up when the company said he'd be there. Then he tells me he replaced the part, but DIDN'T! We scheduled a repair for our dishwasher, they gave us a window of 11am-2pm, three days out. I waited at home for those three hours, nobody showed. At 2:45 I had to pick up my kids, I called them and they said, "15 minutes." There was no apology, no courtesy. When the tech finally showed at 3:15, he was gruff and unapologetic and seemed to have no respect for other people's time. He diagnosed the issue and said he had to order a part, told me he had no idea when it would come in and left. No idea if they're good repair people, but they are certainly not friendly or respectful of your time. read more

very poor customer service. HEIDI, who answered the phone was - used a voice that sounded exasperated, impatient - took a LOOOONG time to find my appointment, after giving her all information needed including a claims number -lied so much during the phone call, kept changing her story: 1- tech will be there in 15 mins then changed her story to 2- tech is outside your gate then after changed her statement to 3-tech waited for 20 minutes and left and finally said 4-tech was so far away cannot go back ALL these happened from 11:36am to 12:13pm with my window appointment from 10am to 2pm 5-Insisted that i go out to our gate, where the sidewalk is and get the tech guy 6-did NOT apologize for the mishap TECH MIKE - why he spent so time in his vehicle, did not even attempt to go inside the gate which was left unlocked for him and just left without even ringing the door bell and all along i was in the front side of the house waiting for him to come inside! There is NO reason for him not to go inside the front gate - all delivery people do so, the mail person do so, other service people to through the same gate - all of them know to call out or ring doorbell once the approach the main door of the house. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! Avoid Heidi or Mike UNLESS they are re trained to do a better job ! read more

First and foremost my GE washer is 14months old. I had almost given up from previous 2 difficult techs from other Companies that did nothing! they came I explained problems and said not covered and left!! it was very frustrating and got upset at me for asking ' Are you a licensed tech from a reputable repair company?!! I tried 3rd Service company called MAC and Serge came out with great advise and worked on problems to resolve my GE washer! Serge even did a load to test so at least I know what I need to do to make sure the machine operates well. Best value!! For Bosch dishwasher repair, technician was on the phone to another tech the whole time to ask what to do. When the company called two days later with $850 quote for repair, they said I would have also to uninstall and reinstall the dishwasher myself! I am a single senior citizen and they knew that! I chose My Appliances Clinic thru Lowers extended warranty and they did not disappoint us. My dryer completely shut down and didn't turn back on and the technician was quick to disassemble and point out the issue. It took a week to get the part and for him to come back but since we are a couple without kids we didn't need to do a load. When he came back his work was smooth he knew everything he had to and was done in less than an hour. read more

They were the 3rd party service company for Lowes they came out to service the dryer. The reason was it would not turn on. They came out 3 times and didn't get the machine to turn on until the last visit. The technicians were incompetent and damaged the dryer. I had to get a replacement dryer from Lowes. They bypassed the wiring replacing a part that caused the machine to burn up and fail. The technicians from the manufacturer (LG) said they would not service the machine due to the tampering. They created a dangerous situation. I would not use them under any circumstances. read more

Not only was the company negligent in ordering the part, for 3 months they told me the part was on back order; however, I called the vendor myself and had the part delivered the following week, the MAC repair resulted in a dishwasher leak that damaged my cabinets that MAC refuses to repair.
