My freezer all of a sudden stopped cooling properly so I contacted Artur who came out promptly to diagnose the problem. The freezer fan wasn't working so he ordered a replacement fan and I paid him a deposit. While awaiting the delivery of the fan, the existing fan started working again. I asked Artur about it and he said he's seen this situation before and it's likely the fan could be failing so I asked him to come back to replace the fan. When Artur came back and plugged in the new fan, it didn't work so the issue wasn't the fan. Upon further evaluation, he said it looks like the compressor is failing so it's not worth spending more money on my refrigerator. He had also cleaned the refrigerato coils and three other appliances during the visit. He said I will need to buy a new refrigerator soon so wasn't not going to charge any more than the deposit I already paid. I really appreciate Artur's honestly and awesome customer service. I know most technicians would charge for every task even if it doesn't resolve the issue. read more

I highly recommend Tech Pro Appliance Repairs. Our freezer suddenly stopped working one morning, and after contacting several companies, we were told the earliest anyone could come was the next day. In contrast, Artur came within 1.5 hours of my message, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us multiple repair options at different price points--including a self-serve option that saved us over $100 and came with a YouTube tutorial he provided. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and genuinely helpful he was: he answered all our questions about refrigerators and even fixed a burner on our gas stove that had been unusable since we purchased our home two years ago, completely free of charge. If you're looking for an appliance repair tech who is fast, honest, knowledgeable, and actually looks out for your best interest, I wouldn't hesitate to call Tech Pro Appliance Repairs. read more

I just completed work with Murod on an appliance repair job and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was very prompt and courteous, and most importantly, honest. I felt I was in good hands from the beginning. I have a built in microwave that was not powering on after another technician from a different company came to take a look at a broken hinge and ended up causing an entirely different problem for me. Murod was able to provide me with multiple possible solutions (at very reasonable prices) to solve the problem and came back a second time on his own as he suspected there was a simpler problem that could be fixed more quickly rather than having to send out for new parts. That worked and now my microwave is working as well as it did before. I cannot thank him enough and will use him for my future repair needs! read more

Modern appliances are built to break, so it's a relief to know Artur for all my future appliance issues. He fixed a somewhat complicated issue on our Smeg fridge which stopped cooling during a heatwave. He didn't recommend us spending so much on the new control panel, but offered to show us how to install it ourselves as an option to save money. He was also very generous and promised not to charge more than the initial service call unless it was fixed so we hired him. Our fridge works great now and he came over to fix it within minutes of receiving the part. He was patient with all my questions, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. You would be in excellent hands if you hire him. read more

I first contacted Artur to help troubleshoot an issue with my Bosch refrigerator and I had such a great experience that i reached out to him again a few weeks later to run diagnostics on my AC unit. Artur's prices are extremely extremely fair, and I really appreciate how transparent and upfront he is about pricing. Additionally, he's very responsive and punctual for appointments. During the appointment, he is very thorough and takes the time to explain what he's doing, what the issue may be, and what my options are. During the first visit, he even answered some unrelated questions I had about my dishwasher. Artur is very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I recommend Artur for any appliance or home repair needs. Artur was amazing and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Artur took care of our oven igniter replacement today. Took all but an hour. Old one was shot after four years. It is the only oven we have had since buying our house four years ago, and of course the warranty has long since expired. Artur shared solid maintenance/upkeep tips and walked me through the igniter replacement process. He even offered to share an online tutorial should I need it. This was a selfless act because technically I can DIY it in the future. But i tellya, I will more likely have Artur back out to handle whatever is needed for our appliances. Because finding a true pro is not a given. Got appliances? Just go ahead and call him! Gentle Giant alert! Hahaa read more

We had a draining issue with our dishwasher. I solicited help on Yelp. Tech Pro responded quickly but was the only one who gave me prices for the actual repair depending on what was found to be wrong. The other responders only provided notice of the service fee. I thought this is a great start and it was. Artur showed up on time, fixed the dishwasher, explained what happened, gave some tips to prevent a repeat of the problem, and charged less than quoted because the fix was so quick. I could not have been more satisfied and plan to use Tech Pro for all future appliance issues! read more

Artur was great! From the start, he was trying to save me money. He suggested that I call him to see if he could show me how to fix it over the phone, but I wanted him to come out, which he did. Artur and Edward came out to diagnose an issue with my Frigidaire gas oven. They were responsive, showed up on time, and walked me through their diagnosis clearly. They identified the bad parts, explained the reasoning, and provided the exact OEM part numbers. I appreciated that they gave me the option to source the parts myself to save on cost rather than pushing an upsell. Pricing and options were explained upfront, and there was no pressure to proceed on the spot. Overall, professional communication and straightforward service. Would consider using them again for appliance diagnostics and repair. read more

Artur was very honest and fair. Hes a great communicator. I would highly recommend and already have for your appliance repair needs.

We had an issue with our Thermador oven the rear vent fan stopped working and I'm incredibly grateful we found Arthur. From start to finish, he was professional, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He carefully diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and identified the exact part that needed to be ordered. Before doing anything, he shared his rates upfront, which I really appreciated. After diagnosing the problem, he honored his word and only charged the agreed visit fee no surprises, no pressure. What really impressed me was his integrity. He didn't just fix the problem, he took the time to teach me how to replace the capacitor myself. That level of honesty and willingness to educate a customer is rare these days. Arthur isn't just a technician, he literally studied engineering... You can tell he deeply understands how these appliances work and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. If you need anything appliance-related, I highly recommend. Fortunate to have found our go to guy and referral. read more

Artur came out to diagnose a leaking dishwasher for me. He did charge me a small ($50) service fee for the visit. But it was applicable toward any repair work performed, besides, I'd rather pay a small fee for someone's time and expertise rather than have them do an unnecessary repair to make it worth their while. I assumed the door gasket was bad and asked him to replace it. He didn't. He showed me that wouldn't make any difference because the appliance had simply aged out and was breaking down. He was prompt for the appointment, courteous, and honest. I will definitely call him again about any appliance issues in the future! read more
