Nick, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem and fixed it successfully on his first attempt. His work was very efficient and he could not have been more professional, courteous, or pleasant throughout the entire process. The second appliance was my washing machine, which presented a little more of a challenge because the necessary part was difficult to find, but Nick was able to locate the correct part and complete the repair really quickly. The three visits to work on both appliances included the initial evaluations, identifying and obtaining the correct parts, and completing repairs to both appliances. Considering the amount of time Nick spent working, and the fact that three separate visits were required, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. Had to reschedule since Costco didn't include all the parts and then when they came back after I purchased the parts they then said they had a policy where they wouldn't install it since my condo unit uses a wall drain instead of a floor drain. Anyways, I contacted Elijah at Quickfix. Very quick to respond, and was clear in their communication. Much more personable than the bigger businesses that just feel so impersonal with random technicians. They offered a competitive rate and were able to come the same day to help us install the Washtower. Elijah and Nate were extremely friendly, told me that they didn't need to use all the parts that the previous installer told me to buy, so I will be able to return some items. They moved the machine into the closet, got it hooked up and running, tested it to make sure everything functioned properly, cleaned up and also helped take all the packaging trash out. They also helped put the laundry closet door back on that the previous contractors removed. Just a pleasant experience all around. Dishwasher repair A+…read more Namik, the technician, was amazing! He and his assistant Sam arrived early. Imagine that! And his company offers a FREE diagnosis. He spent an hour at my home checking the parts, cleaning the spray arms and voila! The dishwasher cleaned great in my test run that evening. (He gave a very reasonable estimate for parts and labor -- should the spray arms have needed to be repaired or replaced.) I later discovered the dishes weren't drying 100 percent. He came back the NEXT DAY and checked the heating element. All is running fine. And unbelievable-- no charge because there wasn't anything wrong. Highly recommend you use him! My experience with most appliance people has not been good. It's nice to have one that made up for all the dishonest and incompetent people in the past.
