The first woman told me that the dumpster would be delivered between 8-10 AM on Friday morning. That didn't happen. When I called at 10:10 AM, another woman told me that it was not written up that way. She told me that they will drop off the dumpster in 45 min, but it was more like 1 1/2 hours. So I took the day off work, woke up ready to go and begin filling the dumpster, but had to wait until after 11 AM to get started. Lost a lot of time. The guy who brought the dumpster out was nice and he picked it up on time. Perhaps he should be the one taking phone calls.

It is Friday and I know they don't work on the weekends so another week that I have paid for with no service! The website claims they are 99.9% reliable. Huh. I must be that .1% to which they are Unreliable!

But I sent them I picture showing the stamped 10 yard on it! I was closing on my house the next day. After several calls back and forth, I was told they didn't have any 15yard dumpsters available! Almost 3 weeks later, I was billed an additional $119.00 for the 10 yard being overweight! If I had the 15 yard which is what I ordered, it would not have been overweight! This company is far from a Budget Dumpster! It's a scam.
