Not all furniture was coming and everything else was already boxed up. Per his request I sent photos of our big items (furniture, tvs. Etc) and he told me a 20ft truck would do. The morning of our move was a nightmare. We were told 3 movers were coming and it would take 4 or 5 hours. 2 movers showed up late and it took longer. The movers were very nice and helpful. Found out they were contracted out from different company. The truck was not big enough and we were left struggling on what to do. They had it already packed. The only option we had left was to rent a trailer from uhaul to attach to the truck. We still weren't able to take all of our stuff. We sold our house and had to be out with all our belongings. We were moving out of state. We ended up giving away free a whole bedroom set and other items. What should of taken us a day. Turned into 2 1/2 days of extra money, giving away our good furniture and stress. Not worth what we paid and very unprofessional. DON'T HIRE.
