Just to make sure it was not our fault my husband made sure that the remaining garbage bags were not actually stuck in the bottom of the can. The garbage was not stuck. If it were my fault I would have waited for my next garbage collection day. It was not my fault, and I knew that my garbage would pile up so I called Waste Management and an order was put in to have someone come back to the house and dump the garbage. The original driver said that he came out and the garbage can was not placed out in front of the house. However, that is untrue and based on my video footage it shows that the garbage can was in front of the house where it needed to be. I was told someone would be out within 24-48 hours. However, no one ever showed up. When I called back, I was told a driver did come back out but the garbage was obstructed. However, that was also incorrect based on my video footage. I was told that another report was being opened and someone would contact me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was advised that a manager would contact me back. Nonetheless, I never received a supervisor callback or any callback for that matter. Instead, my garbage pickup day will be in 2 days. Do I look at that as a coincidence? No, I do NOT.
