They quoted me a lesser price for the 15 yard and then after it was dropped off and my contractor filled it part way before I got there, I called and they said this was a 15 yard dumpster according to the code on it. When I initially spoke to the representative over the phone to set up my request for a dumpster, he never told me that there could be an additional cost. There seems to be a pattern of hidden fees and surprise charges with this company. Do yourself a favor and go directly through a reputable, larger dumpster service. This company is just a middleman--they deliver dumpsters labeled with other companies' names and operate without accountability. Waiting two months to notify us of an overweight charge is completely unacceptable and feels like a tactic to avoid dispute. Be sure you check your emails. I had issues with this company due to their policy of the dumpster pick up. Information about their policy was sent via email several days after delivery. It would have been helpful to see it on the first day of the rental. I have NEVER had to call for a company to pick up their dumpster when I have agreed to the time I needed. I definitely wish I had read the reviews before we paid for the dumpster. As our salesperson assured us a 20-yard dumpster would be fine and we should not go over the weight. The design of the dumpster is not the greatest for drywall, kitchen cabinets and doors as you lose a nice amount of space around the edges. I asked him for price for 30-yard and after we received the dumpster, I thought how he could say we would not need 30-yard without asking how many rooms, only asked what we wanted to put in the dumpster. Needless to say, we definitely needed the 30-yard dumpster and when calling back a few hours after the dumpster was delivered, we were told we would have to pay the same price we paid for them to pick up and bring a second dumpster. I am hoping the salesperson was at least correct with the weight as I would hate to be charged more money as some of the folks stated in their reviews after all of this.
