I noticed in his pictures that he participated in relief funds for disasters and repurposes/recycles the junk people want gone. He has a business ethics model with which I can identify. Secondly, but just as important, his prices were fair and his communication was efficient while being courteous. He is responsive and reasonable. No troubles with communication and organizing the move at all. Last and perhaps most important, his guys showed up on time (6 mins early) on the day of the move. Erik and Odell worked well with each other. They were both efficient and careful with our stuff. Erik is hearing impaired and I kept forgetting and sometimes saying things while standing behind him. However, that's my problem and not on him. Odell was personable and Erik is a very sweet person. As movers, excellent but also pleasant human beings. I did notice that Odell is a smoker but it isn't any of my business what he does on his own time. Just mentioning in case anyone else cares. There's an overload of dust and allergens with moving anyway so not a deal breaker for me. Oh! Odell was a godsend with having his tools with him! My hubby had gone to return our U-Box things and Odell took the legs/feet off my elliptical very quickly with great proficiency, with Erik's support, and we got the whole move done within our scheduled time without going over. Thank you, Miro, Odell and Erik!

She told me someone could probably come by sometime that day to take a look. I just needed some small yard area work done that I sent a picture of. That was in the morning. By that evening I still hadn't heard back do I called this place back. The call went straight to voice-mail and then said the mailbox was full. I sent Dina a text asking to be updated on when I could expect someone. She responded a few hours later by TEXT not even a phone call. All she said was sorry they were busy. It is now the evening of the following day and still haven't heard back. Where is the professionalism, customer service, and just down right courtesy for a potential customer time!!! Horrible business with a total lack of respect. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional business if you could call it that.
