Never stopped to stand it upright, looked at the garbage can and drove away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INTENTIONAL. I called the dispatcher and informed him of the situation. He instructed the driver to come back and pick it up. When the driver came back I approached him to ask what was the problem, he then rolled his eyes, looked at me with an evil stare and attitude, said nothing while he swiftly drove off. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND INTENTIONAL.
