Our family truly had a horrific experience with mwah flowers after spending $1,000. 1. I spent hundreds and hundreds for a beautiful casket overlay alone and when we arrived we were heartbroken at what we ordered vs what we reviewed (see photos below of what I ordered on the site for hundreds vs what I received). The left is what I ordered. The right is what showed up. 2. There was an entire missing order that was never delivered. Her sister was devastated and embarrassed. When I called and told him we only have 30 min to say goodbye to her and we leave he said he 'couldn't give me a time' that the missing item would even arrive. 3. The cards on the two pieces that did arrive were incoherent and ON THE WRONG FLOWERS. So everyone who contributed was embarrassed that their name was not on their gift or not on either arrangement at all. 4. The owner was cold until I advised him that I would be sharing my experience. That is when he offered to pay me $200 back out of the $500 I spent on the casket spray for the poor quality (so I still paid $300 for something of poor quality and tacky) and did not even offer a refund for the item that never arrived until I asked and then said he'd refund the item that never arrived as well. Horrific. This was while we had 30 min only to say goodbye to our loved one. Her children, sister, grandchildren were all distracted, embarrassed, and heartbroken. No starts if it was an option!!!! Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for a funeral, never got a receipt or delivery confirmation so I quickly tried to cancel. They took my money and never responded or delivered flowers. Phone goes to a Steven Copeland voicemail that says mailbox is full. I have sent messages, no response. I want a refund but they have ghosted me completely! So disturbing to take advantage of people during a time of mourning. I'll be reaching out to better business bureau. read more

I placed an online order for a bountiful arrangement and got half dried flowers. The replacement flowers were not as the flowers I ordered. I had to call the store three times to confirm not delivery and when it came they also forgot the ballon I paid for. I was told I would get a refund for half the price from the owner who stated the staff did not make a good judgement on the replacement flowers. I never received and refund for such a useless arrangement. I would never use them again nor will I recommend them to my office employees to order from. They just lost a big company for patronizing. A TRUE SHOWING OF A PROFESSIONAL AND CARING BUSINESS My boss had surgery and we wanted to send an arrangement to her. I live on Long Island and she is in Brooklyn so I had no idea of any local florists. I googled her address to find nearby stores and came across MWAH Flowers which was 10 minutes away. I read many of the reviews and saw pictures which were all wonderful. I placed an online order around Noon on Wednesday and it was same day delivery. Thursday AM I asked her if she received them and she said no. I called and spoke to Steve who said they tried to reach her at least twice but apparently her cell phone not recognizing the number was sending it straight to voicemail thinking it was spam. I assured him that she was home but he was hesitant to leave them because it is so cold out and it's not good for the fresh flowers (which I appreciated and understood). I gave my boss his number so they can connect. After a few failed connections they finally spoke and they were left in the evening. Apparently, someone walking by noticed how beautiful they were and decided to take them for themselves :( The next day again she called to confirm they were delivered and sure enough they were so it was confirmed they were hijacked by a very selfish stranger. Of course, Steve felt terrible and told her he was going to redo the arrangement for her because he really wanted her to have them. As you can see from this picture, the arrangement is BEAUTIFUL! It looks like exactly what I picked online. This was NOT A CHEAP arrangement and he redid them and they look as beautiful as they probably were originally. THAT IS A TRUE SHOWING OF A PROFESSIONAL AND CARING BUSINESS MAN. He could have skimped out and made something smaller or leave out some of the costly flowers but he didn't. Reviews are important for a business. I trusted the reviews I read online since I am not familiar with the store or the area and I am glad I did. Stephen was happy to find irises out of season because they were a favorite flower, then happy to cancel the order when I realized the recipient was out of town, and then finally happy to find substitute flowers that were non-toxic to cats when I went to reschedule! We ordered flowers from this company that were to be delivered on February 14th for my son's girlfriend's opening-day play. Steven, the owner, did not deliver the flowers on that day because he said they got behind on Valentine's Day deliveries. He said he would try to redeliver them the next day, which has yet to happen. After asking for a refund, he refused to return my money even after we disputed the charge with our bank. Please stay away from this company! read more

I just wanted to take the time to personally thank the people at Mwah Flowers for such a wonderful job that they did on My Mother's casket spray and bouquet for her Farewell Services. They were able to accommodate me during the Pandemic when most florists were not opening at all or even taking orders online for delivery. I wanted The Fond Farewell Casket Spray and a matching bouqet. The Gentleman that assisted me with my order stated that because of the Pandemic, most of the flowers that were needed to make the spray may not be available. I told him as long as he had the colors that were in the spray and could recreate it as much as possible, I would be delighted. The end results were amazing. The colors were vibrant. Just what I wanted. I received many compliments on the flowers. My cousin loved them so much that she took many pictures of them and made it her profile picture. The flower arrangement was pretty but the late delivery and rude delivery guy made a very sad day of loss even worse! I ordered flowers (a casket spray) on Thursday for delivery today (Monday). placed the order online and confirmed the order and details right after via phone. Lisa assured me the flowers would be delivered by 9:30 am this morning. My family began to arive at 9:45 a.m. the spray had not been delivered and by 9:50 the funeral director called Mwah and was told they thought the service was to start at 10:30 am, even though my receipt stated a 10:00 am service. The flowers were then delivered at 10:05 am after the viewing had begun. Very awkward and intrusive to have a casket spray delivered and installed while family n guests are grieving and trying to say farewell to our loved one! After I submitted a formal complaint via email, I got a call from Zelman who was very rude with an insincere apology and unsympathetic tone of voice. Lying about icy roads as the cause for the late delivery and stating that the delivery guy said no other flowers were at the funeral home, which was also a lie, (and he later admitted that he was the delivery guy) and when I responded in my disappointment, he stated "I'm not gonna argue with you right now!" He was unacceptably rude an unprofessional! Adding insult to injury, he claimed he could only refund me 10% of the payment. Never again will I patronize Mwah again or suggest this florist to anyone else! On this day of grief, I had to take time away from my loved one's home going to deal with this. Wish I could give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend ordered me Valentine's Day flowers. I was at home all day waiting for them. Both of us tried to call several times throughout the day. Nobody answered and of course I did not get my delivery. Assumed it would be delivered first thing next day. No delivery then finally called at 1pm and someone named Steven answered and told me the Flowers's were actually returned because delivery was "unsuccessful". So they never tried to contact anyone when we provided phone number in the delivery? Then he says he will get it out by 4pm then I get a call at 3:30 saying oh actually never mind we wanted to send better flowers now it will be two more hours late and I will personally deliver to you. Around 7:30 I pm still waiting and nothing yet so I ended up cancelling the order. I rarely write any review but in this case I felt it was very unfair especially as no one contacted us after the unsuccessful delivery the first time and they never answered the phone call. Steven kept saying he was the "messenger" of all the bad news but after reading all the reviews seems he was the owner. This compelled me to write the review as I believe he lied to me. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! I could not give higher praise to Steven and Mwah Flowers. I ordered (same day) the Fabulous Feline basket and balloons for my son's 21st Birthday. The arrangement was perfect and precious! Above and beyond the actual arrangement was the customer service received. Steven attempted to make the delivery 3 times on my son's birthday. Not wanting to leave the flowers on the doorstep or with a neighbor, and unable to reach my son by phone, Steven called me at almost 10pm to let me know he had not been able to successfully complete the delivery. We agreed I would contact him the next day with a time when I could be sure my son was home. Finally, the delivery was made in person and not only did Steven call me to let me know it was complete, but also how much my son loved the arrangement. He even sent me pics of my son with the delivery! I was just blown away by the level of kindness and customer service!! I cannot recommend Steven and Mwah Flowers enough. Wow! What great service! I ordered online, very simple, straightforward process. The flowers were for my daughter, who lives in a building needing a code to enter. I placed this info in the comment/instruction spot, and not only did my daughter get a call to help in delivery, I also received a call AND a text saying they had been delivered. I called from you flowers.com and cancelled my delivery for Mother's Day. This was supposed to be a surprise and they ruined it cause they don't know how to take orders for a busy day like Mother's Day. There just greedy and want to make as much money as possible. Horrible service will never ever use again. I would give lower than a one if I could. Everything from this place was cheap. 3 balloons for fifteen dollars the balloons cost 30cents if that. This business fulfills orders for fromyouflowers.com.. they overbooked themselves and were unable to deliver my Mother's Day order. If you are going to process orders to be delivered during business hours, you should realize that most business close up shop between 5-6PM. How rude of you to expect someone to wait at their job until 7-8PM (or whenever you might actually show up, since you were unable to even say when it might be) for a delivery that should have been made by 6PM at the latest. Florist fail in the biggest way here. I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone count on you for any floral deliveries. Shame on you. read more
