Really great concept and well executed! The owners and staff were really friendly and open to suggestions. I went there on karaoke night and it was a pretty full house. The owners dog also walks around, and is probably the cutest dog on earth. If I have any criticism it's this, my food took a whole to get to me, I understand its a new bar but I was waiting a while for a burger and fries. On the whole I really recommend this place especially if your a gamer or have any ties to the gaming community, go with friends for a good time. read more

Unfortunately, this place has gone way downhill. I used to really like this place, too. The food used to be good, the atmosphere used to be fun. Now, the food is horrible. I ordered the blue cheese burger with onion rings and a side of thousand island dressing. The burger patty was clearly a frozen patty from the store, the bun was gross, and the whole thing had no flavor. The onion rings, while hand dipped, were not good. The side of thousand island dressing was actually Italian dressing There was karaoke going on and the host nearly started a bar brawl when she schooled another patron on karaoke etiquette using her microphone in front of everyone at the bar. Talk about awkward. The place was dead, with the exception of a few drunk people. The only good thing about last night was our server. He was actually really good. His name is Cody and he was super nice and attentive. He noticed they brought me Italian dressing and quickly changed it for me. When I didn't eat the onion rings he asked if I was just full or didn't like them. When I told him I didn't care for them he offered to get me some fries to make up for it, which I declined. I usually would have stayed longer and spent a lot more money, but with nothing really going on there, and the super awkward karaoke host, we left after eating our food. My friend and I just went to MVP and have had great previous visits, tonight was different. After we got our first round we had to wait over 20 minutes to order an appetizer and even then we had to go to the bar and order. 45 minutes later we are done with our drinks and ask for out check at that point we had still not got our loaded tots that were on special. When we asked the bartender about the tots she told us the kitchen was small and everyone ordered at the same time. At that moment the tots come out of the kitchen. OVER 45 MINUETS TO COOK TOTS?!?!?!? Oh and theses "Loaded Tots had maybe a slice of bacon,half a scoop of sour cream and unmelted shredded cheese. This was a let down read more

Cheap beer - especially during happy hour! Man, the food is cheap and delicious! I'm seriously cheap but sometimes cautious of low-priced eats; everything I've had here has been delicious. The Onion Rings ROCK! Also, all the video games you could want to play. Great place for watching sports- I've found it nice for watching the Stanley Cup. We've been here twice to watch the Stanley cup playoffs and the owner is great about putting whatever you want on the TV. They have TVs all over the place to watch sports games or play video games if you want to. They have great happy hour until 7pm on weekdays. The food here is also really cheap but really good. I definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is hilarious. Checked it out yesterday with a group of friends and was not impressed. Right off the bat there were two guys running the kitchen, food took 30mins to serve about three entrees, the nachos was definitely microwaved cooked, and the power went out because trivia was using all the electricity. First experience here was not good (short pour, slow service, etc.) But decided to give it a second chance since some friends wanted to check it out.... Bad idea. The place itself is cool and the owners dog who hangs out in the bar is adorable, beyond that it is terrible. The bartender appeared to have never even been in a bar before. I saw her serve someone literally, half a shot. She could not get an order right. (Budweiser is not bud light, vodka is not gin, get it?). When we finally had enough and decided to pay, she pulled our full drinks while we were out smoking. If she was new and it was busy I would cut her some slack but 12 people is not busy. If you are going to train a newbie you should be on it and make sure your customers are getting served properly. Your new bar just lost 7 customers forever. It was our night out without the baby and we decided we would try out MVP's. I had heard a few rhings , mostly that it was a gamer bar. We walked and the bartender could tell we were not familiar. He showed us the delicious drink menu and (by the way the Mario's mustache is delicious) told us how the bar worked. We played a game of Mario party and then got involved in trivia, and karaoke. Even though a friend of ours became way too drunk we had so much fun. Jeremiah was the best bartender. The other bartender for the night, I think it was her first night and I think she accidentally gave us at least six to ten free drinks! Woohoo! Haha. We would definitely go back! read more

the regulars are awesome, drinks are cheap, huge selection, bartenders are easy on the eyes to say the least, iv never had a better bar burger in my life, the nostalgia of old gaming is off the charts (not to mention the game selection), dedicated seahawks nest with tvs galore and a projector that makes your face melt, drink specials monthly and daily, pool table with actual space around it to play! (imagine that!?) upbeat people and music. iv been to every bar in a 20 mile radius, some equally as good I. their own ways but none as generation a.d.d. friendly as this one. the people 2 staring this place must be regulars at the ritz fucking carlton. get off your predistool and hop on a barstool. if you spoke your mind to the owners im sure they be happy to hear your opinion. The chicken wings were good. I had the medium sauce. Not sure if ill go back, maybe for the wings. The service was okay... one lady running the whole bar. Took me 15 minutes to realize that no one was coming over to take out order. Had to order at the bar, she forgot our drinks. Seemed to be paying mire attention to the guys sitting at the bar. Ran into this place by accident while carousing with my friends, and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, and everyone I've encountered there, be they staff or other patrons has been fun and excellent to talk to. There's TV's all over the place, with sports and video games galore, great food, and a STELLAR Happy Hour that runs Monday through Saturday. MVP'S has quickly become my personal favorite establishment in the state of Washington. read more

MVP's is a great place to watch Seahawks games! They have tables, booths, gaming chairs and a bar-whatever you want. The food was good pub grub, and very reasonable. Drinks were also a good price. The service was good, and the people whoo work there are friendly and pleasant. They open early enough Sunday morning that you can get in and watch the 10am games. I'm going back.
