She was very accommodating, communicative, and completed my alterations at the timeframe she promised. I use crutches to walk and she was very helpful. I did my research by looking around Vallejo in Fairfield to see who could actually take care of the bag because it did have some white spots and it just needed cleaning up, Richard was amazing, he was open on Saturday, I was able to stop by show him the bag and he quoted me a great price of $50 to bring it back to life. I left the bag with Richard for about two weeks, came back and amazing! Richard was able to explain to me in detail what he did, was able to fill in the spots with whatever leather filling he has. And at the end of the day, I walked out of there being a very happy Customer! If you need anything done with leather, just check with Richard to see if he can do it! On two separate occasions I had my clothes altered and they overpriced the alteration. The 2nd time was just on 7/15. A simple skirt alteration for$75 which is highway robbery. The skirt was so short I couldn't wear it. So my money was a complete loss. I plan on filing a complaint with Consumer protection. I will also report to the agency that regulates dry cleaners. Do NOT use this business
