They are extremely knowledgeable about all the many IKEA parts and when you install and IKEA kitchen there will be lots and lots of parts! I'm an interior designer, so of course I created several custom designs that made the install more complicated, but they didn't have any issues at all installing my custom designs. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

Craig came to my house and measured more thoroughly than anyone else that came. He provided mock ups of what he was going to do and what it would look like, which no one else did. When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours.
