I highly recommend hiring Gill and his team. We called them about 2/3 of the way through our IKEA kitchen cabinet installation. It was more complicated than anyone anticipated and we needed an IKEA pro. His team came in and quickly saw several issues with the current install and got to fixing them. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the many IKEA parts and when you install and IKEA kitchen there will be lots and lots of parts! I'm an interior designer, so of course I created several custom designs that made the install more complicated, but they didn't have any issues at all installing my custom designs. Lee Johnson assembled 2 kitchen play sets (which came in about a million pieces), 2 bookcases, 2 step stools, 2 wire stands, and 1 sofa table. Communication was fantastic and he was extremely professional and super kind!!! He called prior to arrival and texted pictures when he was done. Everything was assembled perfectly and he moved all the furniture where I needed them to go. He worked by himself and completed the job that would have taken us days to finish in about 4 hours. I placed the order at ikea and they took care of the whole pick up process before installation, easy peasy. Dexter was my installer and called to update me on his way to Ikea and when leaving to head to my place so I knew that all went well with pick up and when to expect him. He was extremely experienced with the ikea closet I purchased and put it together in 3-4 hours which was impressive. He even removed my baseboards for me (for a small fee) because I hadn't accounted for them in the measurements. Everything went perfectly and I am now the owner of a brand new walk in closet of my dreams! Gill was unprofessional and rude using bad language on the telephone at one point he tried to charge me more than Ikea's contractor would have. His workmen left me with uneven worktops and I had to ask them to come back several times. Eventually they got them level for the countertops but the wall cabinets remain completely crooked. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful. I felt totally disrespected by Gil and his team. I do NOT recommend. read more

These guys are great!!!!! Not only can they do the job, they know everyone that works at IKEA's customer service/returns and can get stuff done that the regular customer can't from that department. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE IKEA ATLANTA HAS A CONTRACT WITH (XPOL) because they were awful. I called Gill and he was LITERALLY offering next day service. And it's not just installation. They will help plan your IKEA design from the start and I wish I knew all this when I started all this in September. I have told my architect, my builder, my friends about this company as an alternative to the current IKEA offerings. I have also bent the ear of every frustrated IKEA customer I've come in contact with while waiting in the long lines at returns. I called and made an appointment and I was told that it would be between 11 AM and 1 PM which works perfectly for my schedule. I received a text message at 10 AM saying that they were finishing a previous job and will make it to me at about one to 1:30 PM. Which was fine because I expected a delay.At 2:30 PM I reached out to them and ask what was the estimated time of arrival and he stated that they were finishing a job and will be to meet in about 20 minutesBecause he was finishing a job that was five minutes away from my home. At 3:30 I received a text message asking me what I'd like to reschedule for the next morning.I then told him no I wanted to keep my appointment for today because this was my only day off. I asked where he be able to come today just let me know yes or no so that I can make plans either way. He then messaged me back and told me that I should make other plans because he doesn't know how long he's going to be at this job because they are paying him more money. This was a complete waste of my day when I really needed the work done at my home. I would not recommend them because of the unprofessionalism. And not even a phone call to try to work something out just text messages. Highly unprofessional. read more
