I had a butterscotch, roasted pecan, double malted malt, and it was fantastic. The ice cream is very good quality and that plays a great part in the overall flavor. Few places make actual malts these days, but this place does and they are good at it too. The young man that served me could have played the low talker on an episode of Seinfeld, as I had to lean all the way across the counter to hear what he was saying, and I get that some people are just very shy; but other than that I really enjoyed the ice cream. After at least 15 minutes I went to the window and asked how three groups of people after us were served before us. Frustrated, I asked for my money back. No explanation or care at all, she just said "sorry" and gave me back my money. When you pay $10 for two treats, one would expect better service than this. I hate this happened because I really like their custard. Wish I could speak to the owner as I have more to say privately that's not appropriate to say here.
