Everyone I spoke with at the store was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Josh offered a couple of options for purchasing, with one being interest-free financing. And then they told about their free shipping, no state sales tax (for my state) .... and, oh, by the way, how about a FREE set of Yamaha Professional headphones? I live 2 states away from Next Gen Pianos, but delivery was fast and professional. Within 5 calendars after purchase, I was playing my new piano. Considering the great price Josh offered, free shipping, free headphones, and no sales tax, I saved about $800 purchasing from Next Gen Pianos, and both the piano and headphones arrived in perfect condition. And let me add a couple of 'notes' about Yamaha and the CLP845. the quality of the piano (including the packaging) is impeccable. As a 78-year-old piano student, I could tell within a week after purchase that I was learning faster than on my acoustic piano. The CLP845 has scores of features, but two that are helping me immensely are (1) the ability to adjust the tempo on the sample songs, as well as the songs that I upload; and (2) the ability to have the piano play only the left or right-hand music. I can have the piano play the left hand, for example, while I work on difficult passages for the right hand. Alternatively, I can play "on top of" the piano. In other words, let it play the right hand of Pachelbel's Canon (for example), with me trying to play exactly the same thing. I can set the speed at whatever I want; and, if I hear two pianos playing at the same time, then I know I'm not playing correctly. When I cannot hear a 2nd piano playing, I know I'm playing exactly as the piano is playing. What an amazing tool for learners! (p.s., The entire set of "Hanon in All Keys" is already stored on the piano. For those, I play "on top of" the piano, again, trying to play correctly so that I only hear one piano.)
