Not really lol but we had to be rung up in order to process the transaction and use the accumulated store credit balance to purchase the $1,000 instrument. We had an $1100 credit from renting all these years, and it finally paid off. I love that the money you are spending every month to rent can go toward purchasing an instrument one day. This was perfect because she outgrew several violas throughout the years and plus you never know if your kid is going to stick with playing the instrument. Now that she is pretty much full grown and had already committed to playing orchestra her last two years of high school, it was an awesome feeling to BUY her viola that she can love and cherish. Great customer service and we have never had any billing issues through the years. Great music store for students and young musicians. They also offer music and voice lessons. Definitely recommend!

Confused and unsure I dialed the right phone number due to the off-putting greeting, I asked inquisitively, "Who is this?" Then he said very rudely, "What do you need?"
