All of the amenities that were provided for us as far as drinks are concerned soda's water ice cups napkins the bus was decorated nice we had a smooth ride we were at the location before I knew it. The driver provided me with his number so that when I was ready to be picked back up he would already be there so I wouldn't have to wait he was there. I used Thumbtack to request limousine services for my wedding day (7/12/2014), and I chose Muse Limousine. I spoke with Vicki to book the services for ten (10) hours in a late-model stretch limousine in the best condition possible. She said that I would get a 2012 late model limousine. I wanted to make sure I got a car that looked virtually flawless, but that is not what I got. The day of the wedding, the driver arrived about 15-20 minutes early. I was still being photographed and videotaped at that time inside the hotel, so I told the driver over the phone that I would be coming down to meet him at the agreed upon time. Once I got there, I immediately saw that the car was in bad condition with several areas that were bubbling with rust. The leather top was cracked in several places, and even the passenger rear quarter panel molding was missing. I don't believe a 2012 model limousine would be in that condition, so it had to be a lot older. When I looked in the front compartment, the interior was very dirty and disorganized. I told the driver that the car looked absolutely terrible and was not acceptable at all for my wedding day. The driver was nice and got right on the phone with his supervisor. I also contacted Vicki, who immediately apologized, and she arranged for a replacement vehicle to arrive at the ceremony site. Once I took photographs of the limousine as evidence of what it looked like, quite a bit of time had already elapsed. The problem is that my bride and I were late to our own wedding as a result. In addition, the photographers and videographers could not take good photos because of the condition of the car. So the damage was already done on my wedding day. A replacement car did arrive at the ceremony site. It turned out that the original car they sent was the wrong car. But whether or not it was the correct car is not the point. Why would anyone want a limousine that is clearly rusted and has bubbling in the lower door panel??? I wouldn't want that for any event, let alone a wedding. Clearly, I did not receive the product that was contracted and promised to me. Their website says under the link "Latest News" (as of 7/27/2014) that their "professional vehicles are meticulously maintained and cleaned inside out and arrive spotless for dependable service." Not on my wedding day it wasn't. When I wrote an e-mail about my concerns (early in the morning 7/25/2014), I never got an apology or follow-up by e-mail. I did get in contact with Vicki again later in the day, and she was apologetic. However, she said that she didn't feel that any monetary compensation was necessary since the car never broke down, and they were already giving me a good deal below their regular price. They offered a complimentary use of a vehicle at a future time, but that doesn't solve anything. I never want to use their company again. Plus, they did not deliver the initial service as agreed upon, and they ended up being late with the correct vehicle, so they are not entitled to the full value of the services. She promised that the "owner" would call me that day, Friday 7/25/2014, or by Saturday the 26th at the latest. I asked her if I could get the direct phone number to the "owner", but she assured me that the "owner" would definitely be in contact. Guess what?? No response. They have kept silent because they don't want to admit any responsibility for sending a poorly kept-up vehicle and making me and my bride late to our own wedding. Well, I have some news for them. I am posting the pictures of the original limousine for all to see and I am stopping payment on the credit card. Let's see what a judge in court says about whether they completely fulfilled their end of the contract with no damages. Please do yourself a favor and think twice before using their service. I just want to say I had been using another company for years for rides to and from LAX and all around LA in general since I do a lot of traveling for work and live in Miami. The previous company I was using on a bi-weekly, sometimes weekly basis recently went out of business ( prob because the way they treated their clients ). I called Christopher at Muse Limousine literally as I was boarding my flight to have them pick me up from LAX in one of their Towncars - Christopher said no problem we'll see you there. To finish this up, I rarely do reviews like this but I believe Christopher and Muse Limousine deserve some credit. I was met at the airport, greeted, and taken to my place downtown very professionally ( I was not expecting the outstanding service because of how last minute I was with booking them ). I have had this Yelp account for some time now, and I would like to be more active on it so I am going to start here. First of all I am local to Los Angeles I live fairly close to Hollywood and I am there quite often. I have never used a Transportation Service, but thought it would be a good idea seeing how crowded the streets get in Hollywood on the weekends. I am going to keep this short and sweet. I am very pleased with the way my driver at Muse Limosines treated me. From the get go he was straight up with me, and told me what I can and cant do and I really appreciated that so there were no problems. When Muse limousine first contacted me, it was through the Thumbtack services. I was looking at renting a party bus for my boyfriends 21st birthday. The listed amenities on their website were as follows: Seats up to 18 passengers,Comfy and Plush Interior, Neon and Disco lighting, Two Brass Poles to dance on, Laser light Shows, 42″ Flat Screen Plasma TVs, DVD players, CD Players, Satellite Radio, Smoke Machine, Wet Bar Area, Privacy Partition, Passenger Controls and more.. When I called to confirm the reservation, I spoke with Vicky, who consistently assured me that the bus was as described on the website. We booked the 18 passenger party bus for 5 hours. On the night of the reservation, the bus showed up on the minute of the reservation. I paid the driver the money still owed, and hopped on the bus. It was NOT as described, to say the least. The seats were ripped in several places, which he said was because people got rowdy. He used the same excuse when I complained that the blinds were broken. Half of them would not go up, the other half wouldn't go down. There was no smoke machine, and the driver could not tell us how to turn the laser light show on. There were no stripper poles, and the wet bar was lacking ice. The promised bottle of champagne was also not provided, which the driver didn't seem to know anything about. The next morning, I contacted the company to try and work things out, since they were closed by the time I saw the bus. Again, it was Vicky on the phone. She was apologetic, but extremely unhelpful. She told me that because I used thumbtack it was a different rate than normal, and they used a "cheaper bus". She told me that they did have a party bus with those accommodations, but they were for the clients that paid more. An hour later, I received another call, this time from the driver of the bus. He told me that the company had called him, and that they told him I was dissatisfied with him. We were on the phone for about ten minutes while I explained to him that it was NOT him I was dissatisfied with, but the company. He did assure me at the end that they were having someone fix the speakers. I called the company back, and Vicky was extremely rude. She told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, but she wanted me to use their services again, and I should call if I ever wanted a ride to the airport. Little to say, I will NOT be using their services again. If the owner contacts me as promised, I will update as needed. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to have a pleasant experience when calling on prices and services for a client who needed airport transportation services. After dealing with some high pressure booking tactics from others, It was a nice change of pace to get a friendly patient person on the phone from Muse when inquiring with them. That was why they were given the business and proved to not disappoint. All that was promised was delivered being my client was unusually happy with the service, (she often has something to complain about everything so that was a big deal.) I won't hesitate to use them again and hoping next time will be for the wine tour for me and my girlfriends instead of a client. :) read more

Muse Limousine was super satisfying once again. Party bus was on time, clean, & fully stocked. Driver was accommodating to me and the other guest. Also if u are in a crunch for time they will accommodate you in ways beyond belief. I wanted to have the bus decorated for my moms 60th birthday surprise but couldn't figure out how I would do that without my mom noticing. The driver to my surprise picked up all my decorations from the party store that he and I found close to the pick up location and he made sure the bus was fully decorated upon his arrival. I rented the Muse Limousine Party bus over the weekend for my daughter's 13th birthday party and I normally don't write yelp reviews unless I am 100% satisfied, well here I am telling you I am 100% satisfied with the service provided. From the very beginning the service was excellent. From my phone conversations and emails with Vicky (The rep I spoke with) to the day of. Our driver Chris was a true professional, courteous and right on time. the bus was clean, super cute and equipped with a super fun sound system. we went to a location for the actual party but all 13 of our guests agreed that the real party was our time in the Party Bus. the next day Vicky called to check up on us and make sure that we had a pleasant experience (which we did) I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend it.
