I am so disappointed. Two months since our last visit and the menu has been drastically reduced with the vegetarian options completely wiped off the menu (see image of the current menu below). Not a great place for vegans anymore, but I will give them credit for making adjustments to swap out meat for a goat cheese croquette. All the other vegetarian plates we enjoyed in December is no longer offered. There are a couple of sandwiches (both prepared with ham), but the menu does not explain that they are sandwiches. The food we had was good quality except for the Niçoise salad dressing, which had the overly sweet taste of bottled dressing. The Le Bistro Burger, I am told, had a lovely charbroiled flavor; combining it with the goat cheese croquette, chili-fig jam, and caramelized onions made it a delicious choice for one of my companions. The Salad Bavette was enormous and my companion who ordered it had to take the rest home (it filled the container!). The appetizer goat cheese croquette used to come with a small bed of arugula, but this time it did not. The last time, we couldn't get through the door and had to wait an hour for a table. Now, lunchtime on a gorgeous Saturday and there are only two other tables occupied. My initial disappointment aside, our server was very kind, empathetic, professional, and helpful. We only came here for a snack, but were very impressed. Service was very professional and they were accommodating even though we did not want a full meal. Our two appetizers were absolutely delicious, well prepared, filled with flavor. I cannot wait to come back for dinner. read more

I went in for lunch on a Sunday, didn't realize they only offered a very short brunch menu. I opted for their version of a Niçoise salad which was different but overall surprisingly good. The two main issues I had with it were the asparagus which in my opinion shouldn't be in a salad at all, and the potatoes which I thought were supposed to be boiled but instead were like home fries. read more

The beer list was weak but the non-alcoholic Lost in Hades hit the spot -- a mixture of fruit juices with pieces of dried jalapeno and dried grapefruit that added a nice touch. Amazing experience at the Muse! We had a wonderful, knowledgeable server who was friendly and very helpful at making our choices. They had so many great options it was hard to choose. The cocktails were creative and delicious. They even have multiple non-alcoholic drink options. The atmosphere is chill for lack of a better term. The music was perfectly suited collection of beautiful jazz. For small plates we had the bang bang chicken skewers, the burrata toast, and a warm dip that was all amazing and all highly recommended. We ended up both getting specials for our entrees, sausage and butternut squash sacchetti and the chicken wrap. Wonderfully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. We ended with the gluten free cheese cake and the cream brûlée! Not that we had any room for dessert but we had too. I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

After walking out of a disaster at our original choice of reservations in Keene, we were welcomed with open arms at Muse even though it was late and we had no reservations Everything about this experience was warm, inviting and top notch. After we explained what happened our terrific server expedited craft made bourbon cocktails and food arrived in a flash. Loved the street corn dip and house made nachos, falafel, bulgogi, and bang bang chicken. But the hands down winner was the octopus and potato with smoked paprika, garlic and olive oil. You would have thought you were sitting in a cafe in Spain! Thank you to all at Muse! You made a long rainy ride to Keene worth it! read more

Said multiple times did not want dairy as I can't eat it, the food took 30 minutes for two burgers. They put butter on the bun then just took it back and removed the bun - did not replace the burger. I would avoid this place. read more

Our experiences here three times now have been great. Greeted by staff and seated promptly. Sitting outside is comfortable in the later part of the day, they have umbrellas. Cocktails are fresh and tasty. I'm told local ingredients are used in some dishes and they have been fantastic. Veggie tamales, steak tips, croquettes, guacamole, chix skewers, all very tasty, hot and flavorful. One of the few restaurants that does NOT oversalt the food. We have had the same waitress by chance each time and she has been attentive, helpful and really a pro. Love this place. read more

I was in Keene for a quick work trip and found this little tapas spot on Yelp. It did not disappoint! I asked the bartended what her favorite cocktail was and her recommendation was spot on. The Pomelo Perfecto was indeed perfect. Absolutely delicious and presented quite beautifully. For food I ordered the street corn dip and the bang bang chicken. I essentially licked the dip bowl. The chicken was pretty great too. Tender and well seasoned. I picked the best restaurant for my one night in Keene. read more

We went after the marathon in Keene. The atmosphere is so cool, and the staff could not have been better! Loved the fallafals, and steak and eggs... The manager - tall pretty girl was super friendly and attentive to the tables. Lastly, the craft cocktails were great- what a surprise! read more
