One of the worst companies to work with. Steven/Carlos is super rude. When I asked to meet him at…read morethe police station after he did unauthorized work on my laptop he ignored my request and dropped it off to a random person walking outside my house. Super sketchy and super unprofessional. Would never work with him again nor would I recommend anyone to ever work with them. He said he would return the old parts which he didn't. He said he screen has True Tone technology was fixed when it wasn't. When I mentioned a police station drop off he ghosted me even after saying he's "ready and available to meet anywhere". Red flags all around. Horrible screen instillation & overall experience with this company. Please beware. The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.
