The Captial is located in a strip mall and plenty of parking is available if you drive. Once entering the decor is very neat and interesting. Sort of beach cross with modern cross with Asian influences. Interesting. I eat at the bar so I don't tie up a table s they were busy. Good flow and the bar was wide open. I had the black garlic what ever. This was my second try of this style. The host was very informative and gave very sound advice on the menu. The item was delicious. Very filling and one's unable to eat it all. I also had a delicious Old Fashion to go with it. Maybe not a common pairing but delicious nonetheless.
