It's service you don't expect, believe me. They are worth any extra drive you might have to take... I'm usually in and out in a flash; my last visit for a gallon of "Moderate White" paint for the house hallway included a cup of fresh-brewed hazelnut coffee that an associate offered me while I was waiting. SW recently discontinued their Harmony No VOC paint and and their rep sent me to Benjamin Moore since they have several No VOC paints to choose from at various price points. When I drove up at 2:30pm on a Monday the place looked closed. But as I walked up Tom Jr open the door for me and I quickly understood why they have such a high rating. This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need.
