The bar is down a set of spiraling stairs. It is not very big. The staff was super friendly both times that I went. The first night I had the bartender, Kai (sp?) make up a drink that included rum, pineapple juice, and passion fruit. I enjoyed watching him pour a little bit of this and a little bit of that while he concocted what turned out to be an excellent drink. It had too many ingredients for me to remember. I know there were at least 3 types of rum, bitters, passion fruit puree, and pineapple juice among the ingredients.
I went back a second time. This time around I went with a classic Old Fashioned which was perfect. Sometimes Old Fashions are too sweet or too bitter. My colleague had the Blue Legume and the Gonzo both of which he seemed to enjoy. The Nachos Sin Carne were plentiful and tasty.
Everything is priced at 12 pounds.
They do not have an extensive snack menu (I counted 3 items) and there is no food service. Their menu is worth a read because it's unusual. It's the first menu that I have seen that provides recommendations to other establishments.
