Great cocktail bar experience; the service was attentive and the bar felt super posh. I ended up coming back twice during my trip. I loved the creative spin they gave to naming their cocktails. The cocktails I tried were super balanced and delicious. Highly recommend cocktail bar if you're in London!

I booked a reservation well in advance and was very excited to have a cocktail or two at this speakeasy type bar. The entrance is located in an alley and a doorman is stationed at the door. If you have a reservation you are taken downstairs to this beautiful art deco appointed bar. There seems to be many rooms all well decorated and a beautiful bar. The bartenders are dressed nicely and honestly, quite attractive. The drinks are amazing. Our initial server was nice but seemed quite frantic. He was attentive though. You will be gently reminded that your reservation period is ending and your table will be needed soon. I can completely understand this as reservations are made for a time period. I'll make this a must visit next time in London. The Good: Great cocktails, attentive service, beautiful bar and so are the bartenders! The Bad: Nothing I can think of Chances I'll be back: For sure. I loved Disrepute

A nice Art Deco bar that is very long and narrow with great service and delicious drinks. We went during Covid so it was odd in being in a basement surrounded by a bunch of people drinking but I got used to it and had a great time.

Came here for drinks & had a lovely time post dinner! It was a bit darker than I had hoped, but still had an elegant feel, the service was good, drinks were amazing, & appreciated the small bowl of nuts on the side! Each of the drinks had a a mini backstory, which I thought was the best part. It was interesting reading each one, even more fun when you realized you can relate to a drink (leading you the order it). Here are the 4 I ordered, & I highly recommend each one! -Tall & Dark: House Peach Cognac, Merlet Peach Liqueur, Regan's Orange Bitters, Lemon, & Soda -Stone Heart: Hennessy Fin de Cognac, House Peach Cognac, Bénédictine, Kamm & Sons, Peychaud's Bitters -Sovereign Shadowing: Pere Magloire VSOP Calvados, Apricot, Pommeau Aperitif, Orange Bitters, Moët & Chandon Champagne -English Rose: Absolut Vodka, Mateus Rosé Reduction, Lemon, Soda, & Roses

Came here for graduation drinks. Its a nice little cosy bar. Not too crowded and there's enough space for a group of 4 to comfortable hang with each other. There's also some privacy between each table so no one can really eaves drop on what you're saying. Lovely lovely bar! Great drinks although a bit pricey than the average. Service is excellent! You're greeted at the door and then ushered to your seats (provided if you've booked). Do note it is a members bar, non members are welcome too but priorities are usually given to members only. Once you've ordered your drinks, you're served with nuts, water and also two tiny glasses of, what I think is, fizzy prosecco? It's a sweet tasting alcohol beverage for you to sip on while you wait for your drinks. We ordered: Sovereign Shadowing (£13) Mix of Pere Magloire VSOP calvados, apricot, pommel aperitif, orange bitters, Moët & Chandon champagne. The Grapevine (£14.5) Mix of Pineau des Charentes, Moët & Chandon champagne, raisin bitters Fancy place, fancy drinks, lovely staff and well worth the money and time.

Was able to call a few days before and reserve a table. The underground bar had friendly staff and a nice vibe. The music wasn't too loud and tables were not too close together. The cocktails were delicious and the menu has a nice selection of drinks. Will definitely return. Drinks ranged from 12-15quid. The bar seems to be split into two sides, for the side we were in, to the left of the entrance, would not suggest parties larger than 4-6 people.

Fun spot, felt like I walked into a 40s/50s American bar with the atmosphere and music. The bartenders were very friendly and the cocktails were super fresh. Enjoyed all the stories under each cocktail that inspired the name

A great hidden place in the middle of Soho. Members bar with a difference. I was glad I was invited to this venue as its a stones throw from my office and a hidden gem. It is in the basement and there is little or no phone signal or Wifi but that is a good thing as people do tend to be overlay distracted these days not taking time to talk. The bar is very nicely decorated and with very friendly and informed staff. There are private booths as well so great for a little get together. I could see an extensive drinks menu, although I don't drink they also mix up and do many non-alcoholic drinks which are not on the menu and worth going for this alone. Would recommend a visit.

I was recommended to this place by Claire from milk and honey and then later on the manager sent me over to this place it was in walking distance when I approached it was on a corner and they were several people standing outside and there was a three minute wait it was basically a bar lounge and you go upstairs and they are very picky at the door there was a three minute wait I didn't understand why it was my first time there Being from Las Vegas I can understand why there is a little bit of a wait because the nightclubs are so massive but when I walked in here and saw that it was just a quiet little lounge it made me wonder what was going on But anyway I was surprised to find out that there was a complimentary little cocktail from like the 1860s it was Q I don't know what it was but the bartender told me what it was and it was nice he made me the rose gimlet of sorts with a fresh pedal and I did drink it it was nice the conversation was good nice little atmosphere I wouldn't go out of my way to come to this place but I did have a good time

While it may be a bit on the pricey side, the experience is undeniably worth every penny, especially if you're looking for a night of shared dishes, attentive service, and great atmosphere. the mood is perfect for an intimate dinner or a celebration with friends, as it was when i came here for my birthday! the guac was prepared on the table, and had a great freshness to it, but was not worth the money imo bc it tasted pretty ordinary to me. same for the antichuchos de pollo - they were so small and tasted like regular skewers to me - they had a nice smoky flavor, but nothing that couldn't be achieved at home easily. i liked the trio de maiz, which had many different types of maiz, and was presented beautifully! the dish was very fresh and almost nutty. also liked their take on patatas bravas, which was perfectly crispy and with a delicious creamy sauce. love love loved the tiradito de pez limon, which had the most melt in your mouth yellowtail crudo/sashimi. it was paired with an amazing slightly spicy green chili sauce, and overall flavors were phenomenal. the orange tobiko wasn't there though... the salmon was one of the best things i had that night - perfectly cooked and tender, melty and delicious! amazing flavor pairings, scrumptious overall! dessert was one of the highlights of the meal as well. the churros were citrusy and fried to perfection, and paired with a great sauce. my personal favorite was the passionfruit mango pavlova thing, which had such a bright tartness! everything was served on what looked like homemade pottery, so lovely! the price point seemed a little irrational for what we received, but everything was delicious, and the overall experience was amazing! highly recommend if you're feeling a bit posh or just want to treat yourself!

Can you tell I don't get out much? At least for drinks. Anyway. We came here with some friends and took advantage of their 2 for 1 offer (meaning you get two drinks for 10 pounds). It impressed me that they served really good drinks for such a good price. I personally loved The Last Word (super strong but great flavour) and the Elderflower Margarita (YUM!). They both packed a punch but weren't so overpowered with liquor that they didn't taste nice. The bar staff was fun as well. The one that wasn't popular was the honey one. I can't remember the name but none of us liked it. It's a cool bar!

I was gonna give this place 3 stars, but on reflection of the whole experience it's a definite 2,…read more2.5 at an absolute push. And I don't give out 2 stars lightly. This was one of the few places the bf and I had booked to go to during a brief 3-day trip to London, due to the 2 for £10 cocktails and general good reviews it had. I kinda wish we hadn't! Upon arrival the place was practically empty (but it was like bang on 6pm on a Monday, so a lot of people hadn't arrived for happy hour yet) and staff showed us where our reserved booth was. All good to start off with, the place looks pretty cool inside and the tunes were good too. Here's where it starts to go downhill. I skipped up to the bar having decided with the bf which cocktails to get (at this point we didn't realise 2 for £10 meant two of the SAME cocktail, because they never mention it) and ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri for the bf, plus a Chocolate Martini for myself. Nope, couldn't get the one I wanted as they were out of chocolate liqueur, so it was back to my seat to try and decide on another. I was gutted but excited about my next choice, the Show Me The Honey. NOPE. They were out of honey vodka so I couldn't have that one either! I get that obviously it's a busy bar at weekends, but I thought that was an extremely poor show - the staff weren't hugely apologetic about it either which didn't exactly help. Finally deciding on a Russian Spring Punch (yay, they had all the ingredients for that one!) I ordered the drinks. The bartender said "you know it's 2 for £10 yeah?" but again didn't mention the fact that it's two of the same cocktail for £10. Once he started making up the drinks I of course caught on to what was happening, whereupon he looked at me like I was an idiot for not knowing something they never openly tell you. Great. I begrudgingly paid for our drinks (I wouldn't really have minded except the bf wasn't sure if he'd want more than one cocktail and we now possessed four, plus I was really wanting to try a couple of cocktails instead of two of the same one) and went back to the booth, more than a bit deflated by this point. The cocktails were...fine. The champagne in my cocktail wasn't the nicest but it did the job of course. The atmosphere in the bar was...also fine. But that was it. Fine. It stayed pretty quiet the whole time we were there and I guess just wasn't the whole cocktail bar experience I was expecting. We then made our way to Cahoots where we had an absolute belter of a time and it totally saved our night, goes to show that sometimes you really do get what you pay for!
