I came into town to get something specific that only Rite Aid in Auburn had and the store window…read morehours said open until 6pm on Sunday and also on the website and when I had arrived at 5:40pm, both doors to get in were locked and the women on the phone had said they are closed. Makes no sense due to the fact they closed 20 minutes before actual closing time. I have worked for Rite Aid and we always had the doors unlocked until the actual time of closing. Never closed early , Not even by a single minute. Completely ridiculous.

The card readers prompt errors without fail and are nonfunctional more often then they are. The staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with on numerous occasions has always been unpleasant at best.
