But refusing to correct an accidental selection only minutes after an online order was placed--particularly for a longtime customer--is inflexible and terrible service. As a result, I was charged $24.96 for an entrée I did not want. A small measure of courtesy would have preserved the goodwill of a customer who has patronized this restaurant for years.
