I honestly don't know if words can fully express how deeply grateful I am to Scott and his entire…read moreteam. What began as an incredibly painful unemployment discrimination and retaliatory termination case became a three-and-a-half-year journey that tested me in ways I never expected. There were moments when I felt exhausted, frustrated, and overwhelmed, but through every single part of it, Scott and his team stood by me and never stopped fighting for me. Scott was so much more than an attorney to me during this process. He was someone I could turn to when things felt uncertain and overwhelming. He listened to me, was patient with me, answered my questions, explained things when I didn't understand, and always made me feel heard. Most importantly, he made me feel like my case mattered and that I mattered. The amount of dedication, persistence, and hard work Scott put into my case is something I will never forget. Even after such a long and difficult three-and-a-half years, he continued to fight for me and never made me feel like giving up was an option. Knowing that someone was willing to stand in my corner and keep fighting when I was emotionally exhausted meant more to me than I can ever explain. I also want to give the biggest and most heartfelt thank-you to Greg, Tess and the hard-working associates . They were there throughout this entire journey and treated me with so much patience, kindness, and compassion. They were always willing to communicate, answer my questions, help me through the process, and make sure I never felt forgotten. Their support made an incredibly difficult experience easier to endure. After my case was settled, , I was left with so much gratitude. Gratitude that I found Scott. Gratitude that he believed in my case. Gratitude that he believed in me . Gratitude that he and his team kept showing up and fighting for me. Scott, Greg, and Tess -- from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will always remember the dedication, compassion, and patience you showed me during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. I am incredibly thankful that you were the people standing in my corner.

If you are looking for a plaintiff employment lawyer, look no further. The Blankenship Law Firm is…read morethe best in the business and has my highest recommendation. If you are looking for a lawyer, it means that you're probably at the end of your rope with your employer. It is not an easy time. Even if there are blatant examples of misconduct, discrimination, and/or abuse, it can still be difficult to fight for your legal rights. There is no doubt that the Blankenship Law Firm knows the law backwards and forwards, and will leave no stone unturned while representing your case, but more than that, they are 100% on your side. Throughout the legal process, the defense will continually try to manipulate the facts, debase your character, and destroy your professional reputation. The team at The Blankenship Law Firm never once believed any of those claims, they continually brought up facts and examples to refute mischaracterizations, and they are bulldogs. With The Blankenship Law Firm, you get more than just lawyers, you get sage counsel. While vengeance sounds attractive, it comes at a cost. Scott and his team patiently walked me through the cost/benefit analysis and never once pressured me to settle, and supported me if I wanted to fight to the very end. In the end I truly believe I got justice with a small side of vengeance and it is all thanks to The Blankenship Law Firm. The Blankenship Law Firm does not back down, and if they take your case, that means they are committed to your case and getting you what you deserve both monetarily and legally.

Meghann is a remarkable, intuitive teacher who guided my personal growth under a specific coaching…read moretopic that was created by both of us. Meghann's approach included highly attuned archetypal and visual metaphors to help me visualize where I felt I was and where I felt I wanted to be, bi-weekly practices (also created by both of us), journaling, meditations and working through my Enneagram type growth path. We measured "progress" revisiting the coaching topic and three overarching objectives each session and were able to adapt and build the program as I needed each week. I appreciated the variety of tools and resources that were available to me during these 12-weeks and the flexibility of the program. I feel that after these 12-weeks I am carrying forward with me, stronger awareness, intuition, compassion, and confidence that allow me to dig deeper and nurture my needs and support my ideal way of life. Because Meghann's approach is collaborative, I feel empowered and able to continue my work on top of the same practices and framework we've put in place. She also modeled what it means to show up with compassion and warmth every step of the way. I always felt safe, seen, heard, and loved which is truly medicine in itself. I thank Seattle Coaching Collective for their space, work, and acceptance of the diverse paths of the life that they nurture.
