Two days after the repair (and the payment) I went to mow my lawn, stepped on the new box and cracked the pipe. He NEVER returned my calls to schedule a time to investigate the issue. They knew it was a 1500 gallon tank. Their excuse for overcharging? "Well, sometimes a 1500 gallon tank (made of steel, by the way) actually holds 1700 gallons."

He said before leaving he was going to put some numbers together and email us the quote- never happened, he stood us up! I'm putting this review in bc they wasted our time and it seemed like the guy was into helping us and being on the same page for what we wanted. He also said he would give us the info before x date, never followed up to that, even after calling him saying that he would send it over the weekend. Come Monday morning- nothing! If you want to waste your time and follow up to them (should be the other way around) call these ppl, if you want someone to show action to their words- go find someone else.
