I contacted Austin Breeze, lnc. to have them evaluate our HVAC system for possible dust and mold contaminants. Austin Breeze responded quickly to our request for help. They did a thorough inspection and identified problems with lots of dust in the HVAC ductwork and dust and some mold in the plenum. I was shown photographs of the problem areas, and was given a very reasonable price to have the HVAC ductwork and plenum cleaned. Throughout the entire process, the crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was shown photographs of the work when the remediation and sanitation was done. I was very impressed. I would have to recommend against using All Star. They came to take care of a few things at my…read morehouse, including extending an outdoor gas line to run under my deck, and towards a grill. Rather than having the new line against the underside of the deck, it hangs down almost 12". A home inspector flagged this as a violation, and It stops me from storing under the deck. I asked them to come out and correct the issue (simply shorten the vertical pipe), and they quoted me $550 to fix a problem they should have done right the first time. That's $100 in parts (pipe is $10 at Home Depot), and $450 in labor for what would take any experienced plumber less than 30 minutes - to replace a single exposed pipe. I would argue they should have done this at no cost. Buyer beware here - This company is not above trying to take advantage of you.
