Based on this, we are happy to update our experience to a positive one. Seems like the only problem was with the phone number I used to call. We had a negative experience with this business. We hired them to fix our roof last year as we had some leaks. They re-did the roof sealing, charged us more than $4000 and gave a guarantee for 10 years. This year we had another leak. When I called them to come and take a look, no one picks up. I left multiple messages on their answering machine, sent emails and waited for two weeks already and still no response.

After that, he put his hands on my chest, and another guy on the site started making comments about my appearance. I called the police, and they told the crew to keep to itself. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. They're sloppy, and they will pick fights with neighbors. I can't speak to the quality of the work they do (or the price), but if they're sloppy, belligerent and unwilling to accept responsibility for their behavior, I suspect you won't get much satisfaction from them if their work falls short of expectations.

He went up on the roof, took pictures so we could see exactly what the problem was and gave us a quote. We had had water coming through the master bedroom ceiling and laundry mudroom area below.
