When I brought up that I had called earlier, the front desk staff became defensive instead of addressing the concern. Plus they charged my co pay without being seen. On a better note, I ended up going to Memorial Hermann Health System just two miles down the road. I came in for my annual check-up, and everything seemed fine until after I left. During the visit,…read morethe doctor asked if I had any questions or concerns, and I mentioned one simple concern. Later, I was surprised to see they tried to bill me for a second, separate visit on top of my annual exam -- even though I never agreed to or was informed about any additional charges. This is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. I came in for a routine annual check, not to be double-billed for simply answering the doctor's question. I've already signed and completed my visit, and there was no discussion of extra costs at that time. Patients deserve transparency and honesty -- not surprise charges after the fact. I would not recommend this office to anyone until they fix their billing practices and treat patients fairly.

She appeared to be in a bad mood with both patients and her staff, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been even more frustrating. I have been in significant pain for about a week and have repeatedly called the office asking for my medication and help with my situation. Despite explaining that I am in pain, I have not received the support or timely response I expected. As a patient, I believe you deserve a doctor who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares about your well-being--not someone who makes you feel like your concerns are unimportant. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor. Please consider looking for a provider who is more responsive, compassionate, and patient-focused.

But the main reason for my review is to commend them on there professionalism, there was a younger couple with two kids who had an appointment set about 30 minutes prior the "altercation", the male customer stands up and says "what's the point of making an appointment if you all aren't going to honor it!" I could tell everyone in the lobby became in easy, however the receptionist handled it perfectly, and simply stated that she apologized for the inconvenience and that they were a tad behind. The man begins to over talk her and state that he's got places to be and that this is unacceptable. The lady kindly responds with I understand you are more than welcome to reschedule. The man who of course is furious, completely twisted her words and said to management that she said he and his family can deal with it and just leave. Too many individuals get disrespected in customer service and lied on, and when I can I like to insure that management knows what really happened.
