You'll run into nice people working but as a whole they don't care for you. The machine turned out to be a old machine, words from a former employee that left this scam. Not one hair actually got removed by the hair removal. I went thru all that pain & money for not one inch of it to disappear. I was on my 6th treatment & had to reschedule they said they'd call me back...never did when I call the line is disconnected & that is not that first time that happened! They've never called back & I. D.o.n.t even want to go back to something so horrible. It's just crazy, they took my money knowing I have one more apt and 2touch ups & don't even care to call their guests or follow up or answer the phone. If you're actually looking for hair removal this is not the place! I highly don't recommend! Lastly the tech doing the hair removal was horrible, rude & in a rush constantly. I'm paying for full body, if I say what about my stomach or chest she'd get upset as if it's too much for her....I'm paying for it. What is you're issue, I have no clue. But I'll never be returning. It honestly sucks really bad that nothing worked and I had high hopes esp Bc I'm a bride and did this as a bridal "getting ready treatment" Thank you management for honesty not giving a damn. It shows a lot with you're team!

In a world where "good old fashion docs" hardly exist any longer, Dr. K brings back the nostalgia…read moreof the "good old days." I've been coming to him for years. I actually met him in the emergency room at a local hospital, he was the ER doc on call. I was admitted to that hospital for a brief stay and he was the doctor assigned to me. After being treated by him in the hospital, I've never seen another doctor, other than the specialists he sends me to. After going through what I've gone through in my life, I unfortunately (or fortunately) have a keen eye for brilliant doctors. Finding a brilliant doctor with an old fashioned bed-side manner (he will take all the time you need with him, you never feel rushed with him or his nurse practitioner) is an anomaly anymore. Being a Cancer survivor, I can't afford to play around with my health. I have settled in the past for brilliant doctors, all of which had deplorable bed-side manner. I would rather have brilliance any day. To find a jewel of a doc that has both, has absolutely floored me. I have fired (yes doctors work for us) ALL of my other doctors. I bring my entire family to see him, he is our family doc. My kids see him instead of pediatric doctors, quite simply, because he's way better! I can't say enough about this doctor and his amazing staff. From the front office to his female nurse practitioner (which is the female version of him to a T, her name is Erina), you can not be in better hands. I'm a local Pastor, I refer all of my parishioners to Dr. Khawaja, all of them come back to me floored! I just simply say "I know, hard to believe isn't it?" Great to know that doctors like this still exist, I LOVE HIM, if you haven't figured that out. Best doc ever!! Just give him one try, and you'll see what all the rave is about.

Even when we request to see a dr and are assured we will see the dr. We will see a NP. They treat my mil like a number not a patient. It takes days for them to send in prescription refills. If you are looking for a drs office that is committed to patient care this is not the drs office!

Not sure if the doctor had some issues with a patient and ran over or if admin just can't book properly but it's a little ridiculous. Consider the patient checks themselves in and can even process their own payment, I don't really understand how complicated the remaining admin work has to be... however, they're unable to give updates or estimates so you can end up waiting up to an hour or so past your actual appointment time. Like I've renewed my Drivers License in a short turn around time. It could be that earlier appointment had arrived late as I did see admin staff letting patients check in well past their actual appointment time. Again, that's something the office staff should be able to monitor a bit more responsively. I might would recommend arriving about 30 minutes late if you don't want to wait around cuz they'll let you in anyway and then you won't have to wait. Also, don't any of your paperwork online or on your phone. The receptionist doesn't check their systems so you'll apparently just sit around until you finally get up to ask if the doctor is ever going to call you back. Redeeming quality of the shop being one staff member, I think Tiffany was her name. She caught me in the lobby thinking I was on the way out... when I told her I hadn't been back yet, she promptly fixed that issue. I was with a doctor within ten minutes from that.

I tried to reschedule my appointment with her last week after the automated system sent me a message that my current August appt with her was cancelled. When I called to re-schedule I was informed she was no longer with Village Medical. I asked where she had moved to and was given no info. I have sent messages in Patient Portal. No responses. Normally a letter or notification is sent out if a MD is leaving a Practice. I reached out to the Practice Manager and left 2 messages. No response. I spoke to someone in the Call Center today to ask what was going on that none of my messages were being returned. Come to find out the Call Center and Billing & Insurance Center is now located in Central America which is why everyone who answers the phone has a heavy foreign accent that is barely audible unless you are Hispanic. I think this is so unprofessional that there has been no communication to her long standing patients or all of her patients for that matter that she was leaving the practice and what my choices were for having a physician take over my records. It is terrible that Dr Edwards is gone, she was a great female Doctor and I will miss her terribly. I am so disgusted with how Village Medical has handled this that there is no reason for me to stay with them as a patient. Dr Edwards is gone so I will look elsewhere for a new MD. It is also ridiculous that when you call into the office all calls are being routed to a Call Center in Central America instead of someone local here in Houston, Tx taking my calls. To say I am appalled by all this is putting it lightly. Dr Edwards and her Nurse Heather were always so good to me and I felt well taken of by them. I'm unbelievably disappointed.... I started with Village Medical in 1998 and I'm now 69 years old. Changing PCP's will not be easy but Village Family Practice is not comparable to how it use to be. Such a shame....
