Guinness BBQ quesadilla with spinach tortilla
    April B.

Food was pretty good. We ordered the bacon tater bombs for appetizer which were very good. I ordered the Guinness BBQ quesadilla which I enjoyed. The service was fine, no complaints. Overall the ambiance is family friendly so parents can enjoy themselves while the kids go play in the arcade area. It was a bit pricier than we expected for our meal but they do have family friendly deals that make nights out with your family more reasonably priced.

    Service fee!

Mulligans Garner was recommended by a friend when they first opened. Pros: The atmosphere is standard for a family restaurant/rec type setting. The Celtic / Buffalo Wrap was tasty. The menu has a lot of good options but if you like good customer service look Nice ambient lighting. ___________________________________ Cons: Service Fee automatically attached to the receipt and the manager didn't seem to have a solution as her explanation was that the service fee is for credit card transactions and should have been removed since this was a cash transaction. elsewhere. Not customer centric. Very much overpriced for the portion size.

Tons of fun for the kids

Absolutely fun afternoon with family from California, Colorado, and the Raleigh area. I haven't played miniature golf in 40 years and really enjoyed one of the three beautiful courses they have. Also, I haven't swung a softball bat in 40 years, was a little rusty with the first five pitches, but nailed the rest of them! All the games for the kids both small and young were very enjoyable for the kids we had with us! Highly recommend any families who are looking for a fun outing!

Scotch eggs. We ate one already.

Chill place to come as a family! The kids menu nuggets and fries are really good and a great portion. We also tried the scotch eggs and enjoyed them. We were able to have lunch, drink beer and the kids could play in the arcade. Definitely coming back!

I have dined here twice and have had good experiences! I love the layout of the restaurant and they have axe throwing and arcade games. The first time I stopped in was for a beer and warm pretzel sticks with cheese and mustard. They have Hell Yes Ma'am on tap and it's one of my favorites. The second time I had lunch with my boyfriend. He had the Reuben and I had the chicken Philly. My sandwich was just ok, but the Reuben was delicious. I will definitely order that the next time I dine here. All of the waitstaff are very friendly and on top of their game. I'm looking forward to returning and trying out axe throwing.

Came here on a sat at opening time for our first time. Got the scotch eggs and tots which were awesome. The fish was full of batter and not fully cooked. I ordered a drink that was suppose to come with a salm rimand didn't. Bit onve we seen the bartender Jennifer B stick her bare hand into the olive jar and dig them out to put into a bowl. We were totally turned off. Ewe and yuk. Also a waitress kept coming over to the sliced oranges and taking herself some with her bare hands to eat. $80 some bucks later with tip so $99 so not worth it.

Food was okay, not overwhelming. Servers took forever to get us our check. It was ok, not great, slow atmosphere.

I really was rooting for the owners, and I'm glad they've been able to last, unlike many of the other establishments on Bar Rescue. Moon Runners has its own private parking lot. It's not large and can be harder to find a park on a Saturday evening or higher-volume times. I've been a handful of times, and service has been great every time. I've sat at tables, but also at the bar, and all of the staff have been friendly and helpful. Some of the food I've had includes: - Apps: Corn Nuggets, Fried Brussels Sprouts, Southern Fried Pickle Chips - Entrees: Steak Salad, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Wilkes County Wrap I've enjoyed my food every time except the pickle chips. They were cooked well, but had way too much batter for my liking. I ended up removing most of the batter because it was so much. Most of the cocktails are centered around moonshine, and there are a ton of options. Additionally, they also have a full bar, so if moonshine isn't your thing, you still have plenty of options.

If coffee isn't your thing via No Filter next door, take a few steps down and have a seat. Server Brandy was a delight. It was midday and I was in the mood for chicken fingers and pie. The fingers were okay but the standout was their house sauces. I had sweet potato crinkle fries. They were fantastic - especially with those sauces. The Key Lime Pie was soft, had bite, and a firm crust. It was delicious. The experience as a whole was okay - probably a winner in its "genre," but I'm not one for the bar scene. You might like it. It's dated and feels 2000's cozy. Service was great both times I came. Nothing to worry about there. They take really good care of you. They have a lot of specials and the menu is quite extensive. It's a bit off the beaten path hidden a few blocks away from 42 where it's not easily seen. It was decently busy so people know it's there, but if it was on 42 like where Cleveland Draft House is, this place would be packed out all the time. Both times I came here I got the wings because I heard the wings are good. They are a solid 8/10. The one and only thing that would push them over the top--smoked wings. Everything else was perfect. They were quite meaty, sauces are delicious, crispy skin...just need a bit of smoke that's all. Good thing they aren't because I'd be in here weekly if they ever did start smoking them. Buddy got the chicken fried steak and thought it was great. I posted some updated menu photos since there were none. I'll be back!

Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries - 152 Bratton Dr near Garner, NC…read more Visited on Saturday 11, 2026 at about 12:00P The only reason I gave this place one star is because it was lowest possible score I could give. How they ever got a 96.1 on their sanitation score. The parking lot looked abandoned. First impression as we walked in, it was dingy, dirty, and worn. The guy behind the counter also looked unclean as well as the clothes he was wearing. We sat in a booth. After looking at the dirty menus I went to use the men's room to wash my hands from them. The urinal had a covering over it and was not usable. In general the bathroom was filthy. I washed my hands and returned back to the booth. My friend ordered a shrimp plate, and I ordered a hamburger, onion rings, and a root beer which in my opinion was not a root beer at all but a Dr. Pepper he was trying to pass off as a root beer. We both also ordered water. It came in Styrofoam cups. Ketchup came out runny, very runny, like it had been watered down and I could see through it like it was water. I shook the plastic squeeze bottle and tried again, and it still came out runny. I didn't use it. My friend got a plastic fork with his meal, I got nothing. No fun music from the 50's or 60's and no pretty waitresses. It was a depressing environment. Total bill, $30.81 plus I left a $4.00 tip. Definitely will never go back there again and will warn others to avoid it.
