We went to this location in the edgewater market. My husband and I both ordered the tan tan ramen and it was delicious. They have several ramen and poke options. The Thai tea was also great!

Super delicious and customizable poke bowl for a great price! The staff was super welcoming and will definitely be going back! I got a salmon bowl and the salmon was so fresh!!

Okay so I've never had ramen before. Which is crazy because I've lived in big cities with high quality food/authentic restaurants. So because this was my first time eating ramen, I cannot compare it to other places. I'm giving 4 stars because the place didn't "WOW" me. But overall, the ramen was delicious! I ate all of it. I ordered for pick up. My order was ready within 15 minutes of placing it. Spot wasn't too busy for a weekend night. Ambience was okay, place was extremely clean. Staff was approachable and friendly. I got the creamy chicken ramen and some edamame. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. Nonetheless, I would def return for a dine in experience.

No flavor, just semi burnt super oily bread

if you want oily salty food with no flavor this is what you'll get. taste like microwave fast food. pics don't look like actual food. feel like I wasted $25 and hungry. they also serve hot ramen for dining in, in a plastic bowl... yum.

Last night I went to edgewater for a quick dinner. Craving sushi I got a poke bowl from here. Immediately I was turned off by what I ordered. I got a small poke with salmon. The rice was piping hot and started to cook my salmon.. the salmon also was very fishy tasting which I know is a sign of not quality meat. I returned it and asked for something else which was the chicken karage. I thought safe bet let's do fried chicken. Unfortunately this is no better. The batter had appeared to have freezer burn so I'm unsure how long this chicken has been frozen. Inside the meat was awful and breading terrible. It was doughy yet super hard due to the freezer burn. I've had this dish before at places but this one you should avoid. It's a shame when you can tell a business does not care about their quality. I gave 2 stars since they let me replace my item.. but that next item was just as bad.

This ramen and pike ship is located on the front of Edgewater Public Market and serves, you guessed it, poke and ramen. I ordered the Shio Ramen and it came in a plastic bowl that was pretty sturdy and difficult to open, but that's cool. The shop itself is small with no seating. A little difficult to open but that's a good thing for takeout. The ramen was good and filling. The pork belly was fall apart good and plenty of veggies and such. Would definitely recommend this place. They have a pretty decent selection if pike toppings and also offer rice bowls. The broth of the ramen comes separate, so nothing gets soggy. All good.

This review is strictly about their Poke. I was not expecting much from this place because it's inside Edgewater Public Market so they don't have to offer a great product to get business; however, I was pleasantly surprised by their poke bowl. All their bowls are build your own. I ordered the medium bowl (~$13) with salmon. The medium comes with 2 scoops of protein and it seems like you can choose unlimited toppings and mix ins. I chose to add avocado (+$2) and got an entire half avocado! The salmon was fresh and the house sauce was tasty. The portion size was also decent. I was also happy they had Ito En iced green tea to go along with my lunch. I can't speak to the ramen or other menu items they offer here. I have had some really good ramen in CA and Japan before and tbh don't expect much from places in Colorado at this point. I don't plan to order the ramen here but would return for another poke lunch bowl. I see a lot of negative reviews about the service here but I experienced no issues. When I walked in, another customer was choosing their poke bowl items at the counter and someone else was paying at the register. As soon as the cashier finished with the paying customer, they came over to start taking my order. Then as I paid, the other staff member helped the next customer that walked in. No excessive waiting. They may have resolved whatever service issues were had in the past.

Great ramen options. Poke will be then next visit! Miso ramen great for kids, Tantan Ramen adds just a bit of spicy kick for mom & dad. Take it next door for Shirley Temples and Cocktails and the entire family feels taken care of

I was very excited when I saw them open up as I love it when a new ramen shop pops up near me. However I was disappointed. Karaage, hirata bun, ebi yaki, and tonkotsu Ramen was ordered. Nothing stuck out to me. The karaage they give you thai chili sauce instead of spicy mayo. They didn't marinate the chicken beforehand so very bland. The bun was overly drenched in teriyaki sauce so overly salty and you get very little pork belly. The ebi yaki was decent as I don't see ebi yaki at many places, so I enjoyed that the most. The ramen was also very disappointing. Very very little chashu, compared to a lot of other ramen places. The noodles broke very easily. I probably will give this place one more try for the poke.

Tonkatsu ramen, no bamboo shoots, extra black fungus

I got the Tonkatsu ramen with no bamboo shoots and extra black fungus. The broth was on the more flavorful side compared to other Tonkatsu I've tried! The pork was great and my only call out would be the egg needs to be softer boiled and more marinated. Besides that, I was a fan!

I did not remember ordering from Mizuumi before and went ahead and tried the Tonkatsu Ramen and a shrimp tempura sushi roll. Of course I was shocked at the checkout price, but proceeded on to satisfy my craving. When I received my delivery, the soup was super hot and the bowl of ramen with toppings looked so delicious! I was so excited! The broth was absolutely amazing. SO flavorful!! I ate the leftover broth for breakfast with some Korean brown rice soaking up the broth. Omg it was delicious!!! I promptly craved that savory tonkatsu broth flavor a day later and was shocked to find that the restaurant was actually 3.5 miles away on West Colfax! I had time so I headed over - wanting to cut down on delivery app costs! Each ramen bowl was like $4 less than on the app! I was so glad! I got the tonkatsu ramen again and yellowtail roll and was happier about the price. I got home and the soup was still hot, but I zapped it to be a little hotter in the microwave anyway. It was so comforting and amazing and I ate the leftover broth with my Korean brown rice the next day again. When I was at the restaurant, I parked at what I thought was "right out front" but that was actually the literal back of the restaurant - so go park in the Alamo/retail parking lot! The restaurant inside was not super impressive, but I don't expect to be super impressed if the Japanese food is extra delicious and traditional which I think that was the vibe! I also didn't realize that the place was half sushi. I'm so glad I got their ramen and that they lead with that - Ramen & Sushi. Their sushi was good, a few pieces smaller than I thought, but I guess it does match the lower price for 2026! This is definitely my new fave ramen spot! I will continue to get it to go, since I prefer to enjoy it in the comfort of my home!

So we decided to get a hot bowl of ramen to clear ourselves right up. I have to admit while we have had pretty good ramen in Colorado nothing has blown us away. This place did just that. If you are looking for the most authentic bowl of ramen anywhere within a 20-30 Radius of Denver this is your spot. This small ramen shop is a hidden little gem in Denver. The service was great, even if our waiter was on his first day and stumbled a bit. He was attentive, eager, and happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was excellent as well, ranging from crispy gyoza and chicken karaage to various ramen dishes. The only downside was the karaage, which was slightly different than what I was used to, but it was still delicious. We left with our stomachs full, smiles on our faces, and a warm goodbye that has turned into a "see you later," as I will definitely be back.

I brought my girlfriend here for dinner, and by the end of the night we were both genuinely blown away. We opted for the omakase experience, and it turned out to be one of the best dining decisions we've made in a long time. Every course felt intentional, balanced, and creative. Nothing was just "good," everything had that extra layer of thought and execution that separates a solid meal from a memorable one. Each dish built on the last, showcasing a range of flavors and techniques that you don't come across often, especially in the Denver area. You can tell there's a real passion behind the menu. The cocktails deserve their own shoutout. They were playful, well-crafted, and unique without being gimmicky. It's exactly what you hope for when you're pairing drinks with a high-level meal. What I appreciated most was how this place manages to hit both ends of the spectrum. You could come here for a casual night out and have an amazing time, or you could treat it as a full-on dining experience and leave completely impressed. That kind of versatility is rare, and they pull it off effortlessly. It's honestly no surprise they've earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, it's well deserved.

When I arrived there on time, I could see my order was waiting on the shelf. However, the hostess told me it was missing one item, an appetizer and she'd bring it to me once the kitchen finished everything. That took 15 minutes. Second, by the time I got home to eat the meal it was cold. Of course, it had been sitting for at least 15 minutes and then I had a 15-minute drive, so that meant reheating everything. Third, the kitchen was sloppy or just does not care. The plastic containers that should have held the noodle broth were not sealed properly and the liquid spilt inside the paper bag. That meant the chop sticks had to be washed. ...and the containers wiped off before the noodles and broth could be reheated. ...and then I had to get a sponge and towel to go outside to clean off my car seat where the excess broth ended up. Overall, the food was good, but when I have to spend that much effort -- waiting, reheating, and cleaning up after Glo Noodle House, it is not worth going there again.

We ordered way to much food but I do not regret that because I got to try so many amazing dishes. Despite ordering so many options they even brought us a chilled tofu dish complimentary (no clue why but not complaining) and it was lovely! We shared the uncle salad (amazing!), thai shrimp, eggplant buns, several different nigiri/aburi nigiri and sashimi and the toro toro and spicy tuna roll. All of the sushi was fresh and had excellent pairing of accompaniments. The only dish that I remember being a miss was the soft shell crab buns. The proportion of bun to interior was off and there was way too much mayo. Everyone got their own ramen which they seemed to love. Roger's Bar made some very good (and decently strong) drinks, and I particularly enjoyed their signature cocktail "The Elemental Thing," which was delightfully fruity and tropical. Prices were a little steep ($13 for a vodka lemonade is a little high IMO) but I think it makes sense for this location. Seating is abundant and varied-- there are couches, standard tables, and high tables with bar stools. The dimmer bar section is more pleasant in my opinion because it feels less like a food court. I ended up ordering a calzone from Sloan's, which came fast and tasted great.
