I had an excellent experience with Certified Auto Repair, and a big part of that was the customer…read moreservice from Ryan. When I first called, Ryan was upfront and honest about their scheduling timeline and let me know they were typically booked about a week and a half out. I didn't schedule immediately because I wanted to compare quotes from other shops, but after calling around I decided to call them back a couple days later. Ryan confirmed the same availability window and unfortunately their next opening was the day after our road trip was supposed to begin. I thanked him anyway and figured we were out of luck. Then, about 5-10 minutes later, Ryan called me back personally and said he had reached out to some of his morning appointments for the next day and was able to fit me in if I could do an early drop-off. That kind of effort is rare. He didn't have to do that, but he went out of his way to help us out knowing we had an important trip coming up. They completed the much-needed work on the vehicle and took a stressful situation completely off our plate. That small gesture earned them a new loyal customer. Honest communication, real customer care, and willingness to go the extra mile still matter, and Ryan absolutely delivered on all three.

This is one of those small town shops where you are on a first name basis with everyone there, and the biggest thing is trust. Another well-known brake shop in town had given me an estimate that was more than four times the cost of what Tire & Brake Center ultimately charged me for the work my car actually needed. Needless to say, I was pretty surprised. The guys at Tire & Brake Center were straightforward about what needed to be done, did the work properly, and didn't try to pile on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. The price was very reasonable, and I appreciated being treated fairly. I'm not saying you should automatically distrust an expensive estimate -- but I am saying it's worth getting a second opinion. In my case, it saved me a considerable amount of money. Great service, fair pricing, and honest communication. I'll definitely be taking my car back to Tire & Brake Center. Highly recommended.
