I had an excellent experience with Certified Auto Repair, and a big part of that was the customer…read moreservice from Ryan. When I first called, Ryan was upfront and honest about their scheduling timeline and let me know they were typically booked about a week and a half out. I didn't schedule immediately because I wanted to compare quotes from other shops, but after calling around I decided to call them back a couple days later. Ryan confirmed the same availability window and unfortunately their next opening was the day after our road trip was supposed to begin. I thanked him anyway and figured we were out of luck. Then, about 5-10 minutes later, Ryan called me back personally and said he had reached out to some of his morning appointments for the next day and was able to fit me in if I could do an early drop-off. That kind of effort is rare. He didn't have to do that, but he went out of his way to help us out knowing we had an important trip coming up. They completed the much-needed work on the vehicle and took a stressful situation completely off our plate. That small gesture earned them a new loyal customer. Honest communication, real customer care, and willingness to go the extra mile still matter, and Ryan absolutely delivered on all three.

This is one of those small town shops where you are on a first name basis with everyone there, and the biggest thing is trust. I know that if Ed tells me something needs to be done then that is the reality of the situation. No upselling, or anything like that. Just good honest hard working people.

Three days ago, the AC ran out of Freon. In this hot weather, AC is really necessary when driving. I stopped by on my way home Wednesday and made an appointment for those services. Went back Yesterday, Thursday 7/30 and had the work done and completed in two hours. When I paid, I also found out that they do tune ups, we agreed that come fall would be a good time to take care of that since I don't put on a lot of miles these days. The two pics below are the ones from the February purchase. Great tires, easy driving, and very little wear in 5 months... They have a large waiting/show room, lots of tires to pick from, and the owner and workers are the nicest folks to meet. Got down to $425. What is that about? Then they broke a lug nut and blamed it on the tow truck driver that put on the spare (with hand tools). I had to return 2 more times to get the tires balanced. I was told "the weights fell off." Was I mistreated because I'm a skirt? Never will go there again.
