Jonathan helped me narrow down my tire choices based on what would work best for my 2WD truck. I visited other tire shops in Grass Valley and Auburn to compare prices, but they all tried to steer me toward additional tire options that had worse reviews online but were in the same price range. Two locations even gave me quotes over the phone for the tires I wanted but then changed the price once I arrived at the store. Or said "you need to add the warranty if you get these" which added $150-200 dollars even though the warranty still meant paying $70-100 if you do need to replace the tire. So, I went back to America's Tires. All the employees were incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer service at this location. This processing could be done to any wheel but best reserved for those that factory and number correct to the car they are restoring and have a passion for this kind of work done. Harvey also will offer other levels of work including painting, truing and rim balance. His work also includes custom alternation to make certain wheels from other wheels so that they are safe. Thanks Harvey for getting my 4 7x15 bead blasted to aluminum prepped and corrected for paint that I will be doing the near future. I know it was hard getting that out for me when you did.

As I walk in to pick up my car no greeting for any 3 mechanics standing at the front desk, and I'm kinda just standing in front of two giggling mechanics for about 15 minutes before one looks up at me again for the 10th time and finally acknowledges me by saying "it'll be 160". At this point I'm kinda irritated by the customer service so I'm trying to get out of there as fast as possible... MY MISTAKE. As I'm on the freeway heading home which is about 40 minutes away I notice a significant amount of black stains on the back and butt area of my seat, completely all over my arm rest and even on my passenger seat! I understand all shops don't have the funds for plastic coverings on seats and that's ok ‍ but when your working on a car you definitely notice how much you change an appearance of something you fix it. When I called to ask if it could've been them they immediately attempted to blame it on the tow truck driver who dropped off my vehicle but the tow truck driver only took it off of the bed of his truck he did not load it. The tow truck driver even uploaded his own pictures on my insurance app so I know for a fact it wasn't him. When I brought that up to whoever answered the phone he simply said "alright then, you can come bring it in so I can wipe it down". I didn't pay you guys so that I could drive in a dirty car and then bring it back to you so that you can clean it with your dollar store cleaner.‍ I should've added the pictures in the moment but life happens and I had better things to do than to complain and drive 40 miles for you guys to not clean my car right.
