Anytime I would pause at a door and examine it for more than a few seconds I would hear "Hello Ma'am! Anything I can help with?" With a genuine tone of wanting to help. Everyone is so friendly and eager to answer questions, help you find what you're looking for, give ideas, etc. what I liked the most is the zero pressure or sales vibe which helped me relax and make my decision. I bought all new pre hung doors for the house and was prepared to spend a few thousand but I saved so much compared to a Home Depot/Lowes buying here and the customer service here is top tier. They were out of a few doors that I needed but they assemble them there! So later this week I'll be back to pick them up all up at once. They don't deliver - so be sure you come with your trailer or they will recommend you someone that can help. Happy shopping!

As a custom builder that has used Arizona tile and Granite for years. Have sent many clients and…read moreinterior designers to them for countertops and flooring. We recently sent a client that we met with for several hours to select the clients perfect countertops selection only to be told they will no longer sell to builders. They gave us a quote at the time of the slab selection and when the fabricator called the have the slabs delivered they increased the price by $1200.00. We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile. They have cost our business and our client $, time and forced to go elsewhere to select materials. Save yourself time and and money. Go somewhere else to pick your materials.

She said they didn't have time to walk around with people and answer questions. I am shocked and so disappointed because they do have beautiful stuff that is high quality.

5/5 -- Ace Off Memorial is the gold standard…read more Let me just say this: Ace Off Memorial in Houston doesn't miss. This store is the definition of excellence from the front door to the back office. The entire staff is phenomenal -- every single employee is attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping customers. You can feel the difference immediately. They greet you, they guide you, and they actually listen instead of pointing at an aisle and disappearing. It's rare to find a team that operates with this much professionalism and warmth at the same time. And then there's Mrs. Haize -- the true heartbeat of the store. Customer service: Impeccable. They go above and beyond without hesitation. You never feel rushed, ignored, or brushed off. Instead, you feel valued -- like your time and questions matter. Inventory: Always full, always updated, always organized. No empty shelves, no outdated products, no chaos. They keep everything fresh and well-stocked, which makes shopping here smooth and stress-free. Cleanliness: Spotless. This store stays clean in a way that tells you the team takes real pride in their environment. Floors, aisles, displays -- everything looks maintained and cared for. Honestly, Ace Off Memorial deserves every bit of praise. It's easily one of the most well-managed, well-staffed, and welcoming stores in Houston. If every business operated the way this one does -- especially like Mrs. Haize -- customer service in this city would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend, every time.
