They also saw that the bathroom sink wall paneling needed to be reaffixed and without hesitation completed the work. Additionally, we asked if they could also do a few other projects in addition to the bathroom and they said yes we can! We're very happy with the bathroom and additional work they did! Dennis and James were very accommodating, their communication was clear and had a quick turnaround with a quote! There was no hesitation when asked if they could do additional work besides the bathroom. They were able to install wall gallery lights, repair and replace outdoor sink pipe, and install door locks + knobs. The work areas were kept clean, they picked up excess items and discarded for us. Both were very precise and had quality work. We appreciated the recommendations for future bathroom upgrades as the builder grade items were not the best quality. Definitely recommend this team for all your bathroom and home needs with great pricing!

We had some surprise challenges along the way, Our home was built in the 1970s with outdated galvanized plumbing, we were unaware that the pipes were corroding from the inside out, once discovered we realized that we were now looking at two projects; re-plumbing and a Kitchen Remodel! Thus far staff have been very accommodating and patient, they have worked with us to get the plumbing issues corrected and while it's not in-expensive I'm glad they caught the issues during the remodel and were upfront with us about it, after speaking with the plumber we chose to have our home re-plumbed and replace all the galvanized pipes with PEX. This process is involved and requires significant portions of the drywall throughout our home to be re-done. This is going to delay Ceramic City's plan to install new tile, cabinets and counters but they are working with us and keeping in contact weekly to check in. We appreciate the customer service especially with the added stress the plumbing has caused.

He never sealed it and the scratches were so visible. I wrote to him many times. He wanted to come and charge me more to do a different process (sand down). I asked him to at least to partially give a refund so I can get someone else to come and reseal. He never responded. I ended up resealing it myself but there were areas that he had put some chemicals on and the seal interacted with and looked cloudy. I texted him and he said he will come today. He wrote to me yesterday and wanted to charge me $400. I asked him if we could talk on the phone. Never responded. Never showed up today. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Not much honesty there.

I texted Jon and he responded right away, and set up a time to come see the house soon after. So first impressions were great and it seemed they would live up to the expectations set by our contractor. Then we didn't hear anything - which was understandable, because it was right before the 4th of July holiday and we figured maybe Jon was out of town. So we contacted him again and found out he was out of town but he said he would have our estimate to us the Tuesday after the 4th of July. That Tuesday came and went with no word. So we contacted him again the following week. Crickets. Finally we made one last try and still no response. I understand that things happen (personal life stuff, business gets too busy, etc.) but I don't think it's too much to ask of a business to contact you and let you know that something's come up, and discuss options (letting you know they can't accommodate your request for services at that time, and seeing if you're willing to wait or whatnot.) But silence is not an acceptable business practice - we delayed our flooring because we wanted to work with someone our contractor highly recommended, so the non-responsiveness has set our project back. We finally went to another local flooring company and they came out to measure and provided a written estimate within a week. We just signed the contract with them and are looking forward to our new floors in the next week. Oh, and we let our contractor who referred us to this place about the communication issue. I'm not sure that he will be referring others now, since it reflects badly on him when a recommendation he makes doesn't pan out. Ours isn't a large job, but it's about 6K. Moral of the story: poor communication costs businesses money and reputation with referral sources.
