She said that was my responsibility. She said she had done all that she could do. I question her about what she just said. She then confirmed that is was my responsibility I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment and that I would be fling a complaint against the business. I can not believe that checking benefits now is the responsibility of the customer. Hope you survive in this competitive business climate.

Recently visited Dr. Robb's from a family member referral and now my entire family has visited as well! We are so smitten with the ease of making appointments, technology is on point (I'm always down for NOT having my eyes dilated), all staff interactions have been tolerable...so these are all wins in my book! Dr. Robbs is very personable and breaks down information in a very accessible way for all ages. I can tell he's very passionate about eyes and it might make me excited enough to wear my glasses more often than not. Overall process from start to finish was very easy and streamlined to have eyes examined, glasses/contacts fitted. The practice has a nice selection of eyewear and contacts. Parking is pretty easy! We'll definitely be back and recommend to folks in the area.

During my visit, the staff repeatedly and aggressively insisted that a $39 Digital Retinal Imaging screening was mandatory to complete my exam. However, their own official intake paperwork explicitly states right at the bottom that it is an "optional additional procedure" with a box to decline it. Forcing or pressuring patients to pay out-of-pocket fees for elective screenings by claiming they are required is incredibly dishonest. When I refused to pay the optional upcharge, they wouldn't budge, so I chose to leave. Watch your paperwork closely if you visit this place.
