I went in to see Dr. McCarthy just for a regular eye exam / prescription update. I feel the exam was comprehensive and efficient! She is very friendly and happy to explain things in greater detail when I had questions. I love that she uses the latest technology, which allows her to directly compare historical views of my retina with the current view to see if there were any changes. I didn't feel any "upsell" pressure when asked if I wanted to add all the weird coatings to my lenses (I never get those). Very easy to book an appointment on the Moda website, and fantastic communication / reminders about upcoming appointment. Top notch!! read more

Run like a well oiled machine. 2 people working the front desk. Each knew their role. One was checking people in. The other was checking people out. I'd highly recommend Mrijana and Moda eye care! There are so many options when picking where to get your eye exam, contacts, glasses, etc. but there are so few that care as much as these guys and gals do. You can go to a big box store for a great $$ deal$$ and have to wait In lines, and feel "like a number" but you will not get any experience close to this with Moda! They truly care about making it fun to care for your eyes, and the health of your eyes, while also having the styles in frames to make your face (the most important impression-maker) look great! I'd highly highly recommend Moda and all of the experiences you will get from being here will not disappoint you!!! read more

Dr. McCarthy is kind, thoughtful, helpful, flexible and a good listener. The whole family trust her. We like the modern techniques she uses to make sure the whole eye is healthy. The entire team at Moda makes us feel welcome! Only thing not five star is the too small of a collection of eyeglasses to choose from. I always find a pair as the glasses are my kind of gorgeous, but our children seems to struggle. Dr. McCarthy has no issue letting us bring in the kids choice of frames from elsewhere and she puts the prescription glasses in. read more

From the moment I stepped in, this place became better than any eye doctor I have previously been to. They greeted with a smile, offered tea or coffee, and were such kind people! Dr. McCarthy is by far the best optometrist I've seen. I initially went because my new insurance didn't cover my previous eye doctor, and went looking for one that was close to my home and with good reviews. On her website, she discusses how eyes can be holders of warning signs for other things such as autoimmune diseases, and this piqued my interest considering I have Celiac Disease and many autoimmune diseases run in my family. When I inquired about this information in her office, she thoroughly explained everything to me, giving me warning signs to look out for as well, and saying if I ever have them, to call her right away and she'll fit me in immediately. She is the first optometrist who has ever considered my Celiac Disease as something relavent to the eyes, and truly made me feel cared for and listened to, answering every question thoroughly. It is evident the knowledge she holds!! Dr. McCarthy did an additional year of residency after obtaining her certification, which gives her a unique perspective regarding eye care. I didn't realize how importantly this perspective is until I wasn't sitting in her office talking to her and realizing how many previous health issues may have been caught earlier if my other optometrist had this same experience and certification. She even took the time to thoroughly explain what my insurance covered and helped me save lots of money! I recommend her practice 100% and intend to go to her as my main optometrist when I am in town. Thanks, Dr. McCarthy! read more

I woke up on Saturday with a loss of vision in my left eye. I called around ten different locations, but no one accommodated me with an appointment or a referral. However, Dr. McCarthy came to my rescue by scheduling me for a 12:30 pm appointment. She determined that I had Glaucoma and had permanently lost vision in my left eye. I did not want to hear this news, especially at 41, with a brand-new three-month-old at home. Dr. McCarthy treated me with the utmost care and consideration as if I were a close friend or family member. She took her time to explain my condition and promptly referred me to a specialist. Her ability to deliver such challenging news with empathy deserves a five-star review. I am genuinely grateful for her compassionate approach during this difficult time. So, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. McCarthy. read more

Their prices are ridiculous, everything is over area average and costs you extra out of pocket. The office staff... TERRIBLE! When I called I asked the receptionist who answered the phone if they accepted my insurance, she put me on hold and came back on the line saying yes. I look at her and say I know it was you that I spoke to over the phone and set me up with this appointment and you said you accepted my insurance. Recently visited Dr. Robb's from a family member referral and now my entire family has visited as well! We are so smitten with the ease of making appointments, technology is on point (I'm always down for NOT having my eyes dilated), all staff interactions have been tolerable...so these are all wins in my book! Dr. Robbs is very personable and breaks down information in a very accessible way for all ages. I can tell he's very passionate about eyes and it might make me excited enough to wear my glasses more often than not. Overall process from start to finish was very easy and streamlined to have eyes examined, glasses/contacts fitted. The practice has a nice selection of eyewear and contacts. Parking is pretty easy! We'll definitely be back and recommend to folks in the area.

I already had my eyes examined somewhere else and I didn't have times to get frames at the other place. So I just went in to browse, which they let me do. I came back another day to look again because I saw something that just stuck in my mind, Raine the Optician was extremely helpful she went above and beyond being helpful. I liked something that was not there anymore and she and the another amazing woman (with the cute green frames) haha, found it online and had it sent there. I then came back and ordered them after trying them on. They were like family friendly. I love this place, Everyone who just passes, should check it out! Geri P.

Taz taught me how to put in and take out contacts, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so patient with me, made me laugh the entire time, and somehow managed to make the whole experience fun. I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Warby Parker location inside Target…read more I received two new pairs of glasses by mail and have now made three separate trips to this location to get them adjusted. Each time, I was told the only person allowed to make adjustments -- the eye doctor -- was not working. Apparently, this location only has an eye doctor onsite 2-3 days a week, there are no set hours posted, and there is no direct store phone number to call ahead and confirm availability. Even the 1-800 customer service representative had no idea when the local doctor would be working. I actually called Target directly, and a very kind employee physically walked over to check for me and told me the doctor would be in within the next couple of days. So I went back today for my third attempt -- and once again, no doctor onsite. This setup makes absolutely no sense. If adjustments can only be done by one specific person who works limited and unpredictable hours: * Provide a direct phone number for the store. * Offer an online appointment system so customers can book a simple 10-minute adjustment slot. * Don't operate a retail eyeglass shop seven days a week if the only person who can perform adjustments works three. * Clearly inform customers at the time of purchase that adjustments are not available daily and drop-ins are not guaranteed. I have been a loyal Warby Parker customer for over 15 years. Yes, I appreciate affordable eyewear -- but my time is far more valuable. After three wasted trips, I'm done
