This is very upsetting because there is nothing I can do if I didn't pay the amount they switched I would not be able to take my vehicle. Very frustrating. We had paid upfront most of the bill so we were pretty uncomfortable with the lack of communication. We went over to the shop multiple times in person to check on the car, it became the only way to get an update. Additionally, when we finally got the car back, there were car accessories/items missing from the car. We asked them about those items and they never appeared. They lost them. They just want to make money spending the least possible fixing your car. I took my BMW for collision repairs and even took some new parts. They took over 9 months before they asked me for more money for repairs. It went from $3,500 to $6,200+. Once I picked up the car almost 2 years later, I realized how bad of a job they did. They charged me for things they didn't do or replace. They placed a coolant reservoir that did not belong to a BMW which eventually broke after 2 weeks of driving. They gave me the car with barely any oil which they claimed to change, gunk in the motor, they were hoping my car would break down but I took it to a REAL mechanic.
