Quite a few of us were first timers but we all ended up with successful pieces thanks to the team! It takes a few weeks to get them back but they also offer the option of having it shipped to you. They have various pieces to purchase and I was so smitten with my chawan that I ended up buying it from the instructor since it was his piece! I have told my friends about the time I had here and I can't wait to return with them! I arrived intimidated but left feeling proud of my work! Such a great experience! Parking is very limited in their lot but street psrking is available. They are located to the right side of the building connected to the antique shop.

Mia was an amazing instructor. From her music taste to jokes and wonderful ability to teach I have no complaints. We had enough time to work on more than one piece. The first piece being the most guided through and the following pieces allowed us to apply our new skills and get more creative. Mia was as hands on as we needed her to be and able to give advice to guide us through our visions. It does take about 6 weeks to get your finished pieces back but it gives us something to look forward to. They offer both shipping and pick up which is very convenient!

I had my bestie join me on my birthday and had such a great experience, wonderful instructors, quality materials, friendly staff and a beautiful store to craft in. Loved my finished product. I recently saw that they were offering a 1 hour online workshop with a guest speaker/ coach. The topic was about rest not being a luxury. With everything going on today, it was timely and on point. The coach dropped some gems during the first half, we were then able to ask questions via chat. After that, we started painting our signs with live follow the leader step by step instructions. The sign came in a nicely prepared box wrapped in lovely paper and was pre-stained. Also included were pots of paints of your chosen colors, a stencil transfer, paint brush, wooden flowers, small sponges for dabbing the paint on, and two recipes (face mask and a cocktail). The class was well moderated. The owner was streaming live from her home workshop with a really cool backdrop. This was well put together!!! My end product was amazing! Letta was super amazingly nice and educated on the health risks associated with typical candles. She spent time educating the attendees and showing us how to create our masterpiece candles. We were a group of 14 and even though their spaces only held 12, they still managed to accommodate us. I thought this would just be stenciling, but as it turns out there's a lot more to it. I think I heard a couple of times, "crafting is hard!" from my teammates. We walked in and were greeted by Jen. The wood they use has such a neat story and my particular "canvas" came from Baltimore and they even had the street it came from. We went upstairs and Whitney took over helping us. We were allowed to bring our own beer/wine and Whitney even found us an Alexa to play music while we did our crafting. Your paint color choices are painted on a wall so you can see how they dry, which was very helpful. Ooo, they even found our company logo and drew it on a sign to welcome us! The whole experience was worth it. We laughed, we got frustrated, and we made some pretty cool art to be proud of. She previously attended the online classes but there is nothing like in person instruction. They offer classes several days a week and on Saturdays for various age ranges, even for adults. Parents must be present at the door at pick up and drop off so I don't have to worry about my daughter's safety. Supplies are included in the price for newly registered students. That fee is waived for returning students. It's located right on Reisterstown Rd. There is not much street parking but there is a small lot located behind the building. From the front it looks like a house. I am not sure how it looks inside, as I have only been at the front door for check in and pickup.
