Jessi's Groom Room was one of three that was near my home so I called and made an appointment with her. First she gave me the run around about my shot records from Tractor Supply in Cartersville Ga. She wanted me to screen shot them and send them to her, which I did but that was not good enough so then I was asked to go to her house for a meet and greet so she could examine them better and give her my new address. She then when on and on about how I need to give her notice before canceling an appt, which I did not do. Then, we set up another appointment. This time I was about 20 minutes early so I called her and asked if it was ok and she said yes bring them in. When I walked in she asked me to sign in and put my address down I told her that I am new to the area and didn't know it right off hand and that I would have to go back to my car and get it. I asked her if I could leave my dogs and I would be right back she told me No they can't be on her property with out a proper address. She then FOLLOWED ME out to my car, harassing me and demanding that I provide her my address, which I did. THEN she said she was not able to do the appointment today and that I would need to reschedule. MIND YOU, she was already given my address at the meet and greet A FEW DAYS AGO. I have never experienced so many issues scheduling a dog grooming appointment in my life. Nor, have I ever been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. Needless to say I will not be returning and strongly recommend finding someone else more professional. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

jessi is the very best groomer ever. I have 4 mini schnauzers & have used her services for 5 years…read more she does an excellent job & is great about getting you in quickly. She treats my furbabies as she would her own. I have to drive a little further to get to her but she is well worth the extra drive. I would never consider using anyone else. She is very nice & friendly & easy to talk to. She never complains when my furbabies are over-due grooming. Thank you Jessi for caring for my furbabies. We will see you soon!

As you see the 50% was the largest print on the sign but in smaller writhing's was buy one get one 50% off. See this is where the 1st scammers started was in Stroes luring in the elder people to buy the stuff at exuberant prices. When I asked the young girl at the register after she added up out total about the 50% off, she laughs and said oh it gets everyone they make the 50% off the biggest thing on the sign but if you would read the whole thing it said, buy one a regular price and get one at 50% off, (scammers). As I voiced my thoughts to the Petco associate, she just laughed and said it get everyone I will never give Petco and more of money I do not like scammers Thanks Ron the ripped off customer

Made an appointment in June for my dog to be groomed August 2 due to long wait times for summer. I…read moreshowed up to the business 10 minutes before the appointment time and no one was there. I waited 15 minutes and still no one showed up. I called and received no answer and no call back. There were others waiting as well and also received no replies from the business. This in my opinion is poor service and should be handled better. Even if you call, you can't leave a message due to a full mailbox. We ended up having a last minute apple with muddy paws who were fantastic and do recommend them to anyone.
