See this is where the 1st scammers started was in Stroes luring in the elder people to buy the stuff at exuberant prices. When I asked the young girl at the register after she added up out total about the 50% off, she laughs and said oh it gets everyone they make the 50% off the biggest thing on the sign but if you would read the whole thing it said, buy one a regular price and get one at 50% off, (scammers). But Pet Smart head groomer apologized and ask me to come back. I did and they did a great job. So today I took him back. I told the girl at the counter that I did not want his beard cut off. Another lady there took over the conversation and was very rude. End result, Seamus did not get a hair cut. Another result is I bought all my pet supplies at Pet Smart but NOT anymore.

Well I was so nervous for being 5 minutes late for the appointment, but ended walking around sweating in that hot store for half an hour after I got there before she was taken back. Not 5 minutes later, Andria S. called me asking me if I was still in the store, I was, she says that my cat had scratched her with only one nail clipped, that she could not finish the appointment and that I needed to come back to the grooming desk to pick her up! *sarcastic gasp* Wow!! I am shocked!! My cat scratched a complete stranger that is clipping nails, which she hates. I felt a little sorry about her getting scratched, but that's part of the job when you work so closely with cats. It's your job!! Then, when I get the counter at the grooming center, my cat is in her carrier which is sitting on the counter COMPLETELY ALONE!! Seriously, you left her sitting there for anyone to walk by and just pick up her carrier! Andria S. the highly recommended and beloved groomer couldn't even wait the 2 minutes it took me to get to the grooming center, and speak to me face to face- like a decent human being!! No she had already started working on the next pet on her agenda! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Made an appointment in June for my dog to be groomed August 2 due to long wait times for summer. I…read moreshowed up to the business 10 minutes before the appointment time and no one was there. I waited 15 minutes and still no one showed up. I called and received no answer and no call back. There were others waiting as well and also received no replies from the business. This in my opinion is poor service and should be handled better. Even if you call, you can't leave a message due to a full mailbox. We ended up having a last minute apple with muddy paws who were fantastic and do recommend them to anyone.
